Online & on the door it show they open till 8: 00 pm
They close the door and they laughing inside
I knock the glass door they turn them back like they are not seeing until it’s 8: 00 they left & said we close @ 8: 00

Worst branch!
Line up is always too long, service is very slow!
Employee are very incompetent and not trained well to offer all the services!
I prefer to drive longer time to a different branch in order to get better service!
Always disappointed from that branch!

Terrible branch. After 30 minutes of waiting in line to deposit a check the teller profiled me, questioned me, and told me to deposit my check in the ATM! All before I even entered my Client Card (so she could see I've been a client for 5 years, with 4 credit products, 1 personal account, 2 commercial accounts, and many recent large deposits). This check was from a bank account I'm signatory on, and I'm consistently dealing with 7 day holds (almost weekly). Some of the tellers here are nice and have allowed a majority of funds to clear, but the people I dealt with yesterday provided me with an experience thats pushed me to move banks.

The supervisor told me herself that I'm better off switching to a different bank because this one will continue to put ridiculous holds on my checks (even though they've all cleared).

Understaffed, you always have to wait too much for a simple service. Rbc Should care a bit more about customer service instead of adding more fees constantly. Not everything can be done at the Atm machine.

First a lineup of 10 ppl, is manageable.
But one experienced teller lied to my face TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD sir, then I told her her error. She lies again wanting the commission. Very disappointed.

The worst customer service and online banking in North America. If you can get a live person on the phone, they are friendly and supportive, but have limited access to information. No technical support online and via phone it is disjointed and completely useless.
The hacker token the 4000$ from my credit card but RBC didn't accept any responsibility for their poor security system.
No recourse or follow-up, just have to call again and hope you don't get cut off. I can't imagine a more pathetic and disingenuous business experience or blatant disregard for customer service. I can't imagine working there with such limited technology and support.
RBC bank is robber.

Un renouvellement hypo, transaction hyper simple qui tourne au cauchemar Une situation inacceptable. Ce qui se passe dans cette banque est juste archaïque. Abusé et indigne. Suite à mon renouvellement depuis plus 1 mois, un bal de communication de personnes qui n’arrive pas à m’expliquer ni à corriger leur erreurs soit disant du mal système. Mon renouvellement n’est pas fait depuis le 7 juin pendant ce temps on me charge un taux d’intérêts se 7% sous prétexte que le système est dysfonctionnelle c’est bizarre que le système n’est pas dysfonctionnelle à la baisse mais bien à la hausse.

A ce jour je n’ai aucun retour d’appels de gestionnaire je trouve cela irrespectueux et indigne d’une banque.
