If you want to use the ATM, go for it. There is never a line to wait for a machine. There is only one. If you have to see a teller, that's another story. As experienced in other financial institutions, there is usually a wait. Your wait can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. This is often due to either the customers, many of whom are elderly, and lack of staff.

Worst Service ever. Bank tells to call customer care and customer care tells to go to back. No process at all.

Terrible services! Absolutely no experience, no teamwork, no reliability.even the manager did not know how to renew a simple credit card. I have been requesting to renew my credit card and after 50 days and meeting with several of their incompetence staff, it has been two weeks since my credit card expired and still nothing has been done by this horrible branch.the WORST part is they don't even know what they don't know nor having access to! Just disrespecting customers by wasting their time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH WITH YOUR MONEY NOR ANYTHING.just simply ignore this branch even exists.

Personnel incompetant et desagreable et vous font une faveur a vous remettre un retrait de votre propre argent pas de service a la clientele, vous parlez en francais et on vous repond en anglais a deconseiller.
