RBC Royal Bank

On Dec 30th, teller at the desk refuses to accept my 1$ rolled coins, asked for manager and manager refuses to accept also with a major attitude saying they received bad rools from other customers. As a customer this is not my problem. I said they where rolled by me and they can verify or withhold money until they do. Customer for 20+ years. I urge everyone with same issues to withdraw all their funds and change to a bank that respects their customers.

Panhandler inside the building in the evening. I was depositing money alone with him watching me, very unsafe.

Je suis cliente depuis sûrement 15 ans peut-être plus car c est ma mère étant jeune qui a crée ce compte. Mais la aujourd’hui j été victime de fraude et en allant a cette sucursal on a pas voulu m aider. La manager a été arrogante refusée de m écouter. En plus de me parler bête et me parler fort. Aucune aide. Je vais fermer ce compte c est sûr! Je ne recommande pas d y aller en personne surtout un Samedi.

Very disappointed in this branch. The tellers lack knowledge and rather than verifying the information first, they directly make up the answer. Very disappointed…

Jai ouvert mon compte et ils m'ont promis d'un aipods après avoir remplis les conditions depuis décembre et ils m'ont dis au mois de mars j'aurai les airpods. J'appelle service à la clientèle il me dit que vous avez pas le bon forfait. Ils ont changé mon forfait sans ma permission; il m'a dit de me rendre au succursale pour qui corrige la situation. Je suis parti hier et il voir que j'avais tout bien rempli les conditions, il m'a dit que la personne qui m'a ouvert le compte me rappelle aujourd'hui. Personne m'a appelé et quand j'appelle et je laisse un message personne me rappele. C'est pas du tout professionnel et ils mentent sur les gens et il change le forfait sans permission de la part de la clientèle.

Terrible service! Incompetent and unknowledgeable staff.

I had to speak to two different tellers who told me the service I was requesting was not offered or available at their branch. They were rude, did not bother verifying their information with their manager despite being clueless, and gave me false answers. Only after speaking to the manager, who was also not the most helpful, I was able to get what I needed done. Very disappointed.
Now I understand why you have bad ratings.

Worst branch ever, can you imagine they don't have cash at the teller? They ask you to go to the ATM machine. What kind of bank this is?
