Staff is unprofessional and rude! I had the worst meeting ever, all circumstances concidered, with Francis Labonte Kudzman, such a bad rep in front of me. He was rude dismissive and almost impolite.
Impossible de parler à quelqu'un, a part l'assistante vocale, qui ne vaut strictement rien. Évitez à tout prix, et allez chez n'importe quelle autre banque!
Une tristesse pour les employés, manque d'effectif dans cette banque ce qui fait en sorte que le service est lent, la clientèle est exaspéré de la situation, par chance nous avons quand même un service courtois, la personne en charge de la banque devrait sortir de son Bureau et assisté les employés
Impossible d’avoir du service par téléphone. C’est un casse-tête d’avoir accès à une personne pour une question, c’est une voix automatisée qui ne comprend rien. Quelle Perte de temps!
Many problems with RBC as a bank as well as this particular branch. I have various accounts, notably with RBC, CIBC and BMO, for obvious reasons. A couple of months ago, my card was frauded, I didn't lose it or anything, nor buy anything with it, it was probably cloned or something. And I had to pay in the end 1700$, because the bank accused me of being responsible. Thankfully, I went to the police, and got my money back, but the bank definitely isn't helpful and doesn't want your money back, but rather more for themselves. When I went to this branch, not a single client operator seemed to know what they were doing, everytime, a new guy came because the other didn't know how/what to do.
Overall, a very poor experience and poor professionalism as well as help from them, I left them and have much better service with CIBC. If you want to go with RBC, think twice.
