Waiting in line for 45 minutes to do a transaction that cannot be done online. Spoke to the manager and three other personnel but the line has not moved and they have no one to add to the three tellers who have passed 2 clients each in the last 45 minutes that I have been here.
La pire succursale de la pire banque au Canada. J’étais là 3 fois, j’ai téléphoné aussi 4 fois, c’était marché pas. Mon compte était désactivé. Pour quelle raison, aucun employé n'est en mesure d’expliquer. Chacun d'eux dit - viens demain. Trop de temps perdu et de nerfs pour aucun résultat. J'ai mille fois regretté d'avoir choisi cette banque. Je ne les contacterai plus jamais. NE RECOMMANDE PAS!
This is the worst RBC. The new employees some of them are very rude. They talked to people like if they are stupid. Then denied. They all needed to get proper Training to deal with the public
The tellers are always nice and great at their job! The wait times can get long at times but I understand some peoples cases can get long and tedious and that's ok.
Worst like ever, this has to be the worst rbc brand in montreal. Waited 3 hours for a god damn payment to be done in my account. Never heading back there and recommend everyone reading this, to never head to this brand. You will wait the longest time in history. If you have time to waste, this is the place to be.
They are always busy and find some time to explain to customers what to do? And how do you do your job? They don't have time to open an account, they need at least 2 months.
Very bad experience all the time I visit. They are working very very slow and not enough staff for the customers. For any small thing to do it take more than 1 hour every time.
The new manager, she was rude, no polite at all, she gave me unhelpful and disgusting service, I wanted to verify a check and she didn’t want to do the procedure doing the steps required, she was only telling me that will takes 1h to verify, that’s mean she doesn’t want to work and taking time down for clients …the other girl at the counter wanted to help me and even call the business central and they told her how to do it, but this manager was keep telling her they don’t have that service anymore (lies) only to verify a company check? What is this she is very bad at what she does and she doesn’t deserve to be working for RBC bank. I have friends also complaining about this new manager is disgusting.
The wait times for the wicket are insane! And they do not have a enterprise wicket for business. So if you waste minimum 30 min to an hour in line the go here. Other banks are way better
I think you need to update your real time ap, line up to the door is not less busy than usual, was there at 11: 30. Again only 3 tellers, and ATM not dispensing cash.
Hier, j'ai été frustré à cause du refus d'un service - la responsable me l' a refusé (avec «pocker face») sous le prétexte que l'application ne le permet pas (malgré le fait que trois (3) jour avant cela, un employé m'a confirmé la possibilité de ce service. Dix (10) minutes plus tard, un employé de la succursale voisine m'offre ce service - donc, c'est possible, ce n'est pas une question d'application RBC - on est prisonniers de la volonté des employés: (
The worst bank and the worst branch. Read the reviews, most of people are unhappy and it seems the manager or director don't care. Going to this branch is a big waste of time.
Terrible service. Wanted to use the bathroom while waiting in line for the teller as a customer. The security guard told me they have bathrooms, but it's not open to customers. Never did I imagine that there would be a bank that doesn't have bathrooms available for customers! I'd give 0 stars if I could.
