RBC Royal Bank

Do not open an account with RBC bank. Your money is not in safe with this bank. There is no protection for your money from the scammers. There are people who defrauded me of 2800CAD and no one helped me at RBC even I have proof that I was scammed and the email of the scammer and all the screenshots, but unfortunately no one helped me and even they are asking me to cover these money.

This bank is worst bank in Montreal. They have frauded my money $1800. I was going again and again in this bank to return my money but they never took me serious and manager is like worst.
I recommend to all never go to this bank.

Thet put only 2 person for reaponding the clients.we have to wait 1 hours to arrive the caisse! Very bad services.

Unbelievable experience. A banker from this branch called me to discuss something. Then she said it was too earlier to discuss it. And that she would call me 1 month later.

1 month later, we discussed and the thing was agreed. She said she would send me a document to sign. No news for 1 month even if i sent emails several times.

I made a phone appointment with another banker from this branch. He talked to the banker and he said she said she would contact me. Then no news again. I called RBC call centre. The agent said the banker is not at work so he would leave a memo. Still no contact.

For 2 months, no contact from her and i called different departments of RBC and finally sorted it out through an agent through a phone call. This banker never picked up the call nor answered the emails. I wonder how it is possible for the biggest bank in Canada to give services like this to their clients.

Pire succursale RBC dans Montréal. Les employés sont d'une incompétence fulgurante. Je voulais ouvrir un compte et transférer les fonds d'une autre institution. Le conseillé était figé et perdu devant son laptop. Il savait pas quoi faire. J'ai du prendre son laptop pour faire la demande moi meme. Quel honte. Suivent-t-ils un training? Pas sur!

Very slow and bad service always trying to sell you a service you don’t need. Will never go there again

Amazing service, the manager and the agents were really helpful and friendly, i highly recommend.

Wonder why this place has less ratings. As per my visit, the staff are very kind and helpful. Staff answered all of my questions with a smile and patiently. Best service as per me.sopiga is excellent in customer service. She needs a pat on the back RBC.

I know that the customer service employee who is present at the counter is inexperienced, but the customer service manager has no experience and has very bad treatment. Especially this branch of RBC bank inappropriate treatment of customers

Very bad experience, wait for hours to get an appointment. It’s better to switch to another banking. Not enough staff most of the times and always a long line up.

Weird experience! I had an RBC agent who booked my appointment at their branch. After i got the confirmation, the branch called me to inform me that your appointment was cancelled. They recommended to go to any branch without taking an appointment in advance; which is not in the RBC policy. They always recommend to take an appointment.

Extremely long lines! Took 45 mins before I could be assisted by a teller! & its not the first time.

Tomorrow would mark the third visit i am doing to this branch. Password reset is something too complicated that they cannot get right. Very bad experiance. Should have opened the account at another branch.
