As other reviews stated, there were 2-3 tellers. The teller I had (Rim) was very efficient, transparent and kind. They answered many of my questions with ease and simplicity. Most tellers seemed to be bilingual and my waiting time in a long line didn't exceed 10 minutes. In comparison to other RBC branches i've been to, this one seems to be the most trustworthy (: In addition, it's in a business building, so I am sure that the standards are high for this location.

Went to the Square Victoria branch at lunch on a Wednesday around 12: 20pm and they only had 2 tellers open with a big line up. Took over half an hour to get served. They need more people working during the lunch rush, it was ridiculous.

Please do not open a bank account with RBC if you do not have high income or permanent residency. This bank does not give good credit limits to the ones who are not PR.
I opened my account as a student with them 4 years ago. I have been working full-time for the past one year. For the past 4 years, all my paychecks, scholarship money, global transfers were done with RBC. I have never missed a credit card payment and kept my account, card in good standing.
I contacted them 2 times to increase my limit. Firstly, Salmatou Berete Keita of Peel branch gave me false hope to increase my credit score and then apply again. Next, when I applied after 6 months with improved score, they didn't increase my limit saying 2 causes: my income is low and I am not a PR. So, it was a total waste of my time running after them. Meanwhile, I got limit increase from othet banks and all my other credit card's limit started at least more than double of my RBC credit card.
Moreover, when I asked for the limit increase, they did hard enquiry, closed my previous card saying they will be upgrading my card which lowered my credit score. At the end, I got the same limit but now I have my 1st credit card in Canda closed which affected my credit score badly. The agent Mariyam Nemati of this branch totally wasted my time asking for documents and closing my previous credit card while replacing that with a new one. They are not customer friendly and does not maintain clear communication. I will be transferring everything and closing my business with them.
