Horrible service! Wait time for service is absolutely ridiculous! 30 minutes with each costumer for what exactly? Costumers in line know exactly what is happening with the customers being served due to a lack of privacy. After 30 plus years I’m considering switching banks!

Worst banking experience I have ever had! Agent Carlo just took my documents and took them to another room for scanning, although he is not legally entitled to do so, as a result of which I began to receive scam links on my mobile phone (they already have my information and card number) terrible behavior as this agent is so and the girl sitting behind the counter who is probably paired with this agent. Absolute non-professionals who do not know what they are doing, in the end I did not receive any service for running around to them for 2 months. Go to other banks and avoid this branch! I hope that the security service will investigate these characters

Made an online currency exchange request and chose this branch for the pickup. Instead of 3 day delivery it took 17. I’ve managed to go to Europe and back before the currency was available which I no longer needed (obviously). Waited for more than a week to get my money back (one of the conditions in case I don’t pick my cash up) and got nothing.
Calling them was the worst thing ever. The stupid AI “bot” meets you and asks a bunch of stupid questions and then just says “Thank you for choosing RBC. Goodbye”. Had to scream at it and ask to connect me with someone 20 times before getting to someone from their “global” (not the branch one, cause apparently everyone is busy) customer support centre. 25 minutes later, after several stupid “checks”, “let me verify that”, and at least 17 minutes of annoying music, she told me that I have to go there “in person”, cause there’s nothing she could do over the phone.

1h and 40 minutes. The time I’ve spent just to hear, that I still need to go in person cause they’re not following their own “conditions” (putting money back to the account in case I don’t pick it up after 7 days).

What a waste of time.

I had a very unpleasant and dishonest experience with an agent here. In fact i came here to create a new account. However, during the session, the agent insisted on scanning documents that he is not authorized to scan. He lied and claimed that without scanning these documents, we cant proceed with the creation of my account. However, when i confronted him with the information stated on the government website, he dismissively claimed that it was unnecessary and that this is what he has been instructed to do. (lie to customers!).

If someone lies to you, it's natural to start suspecting everything.so i would like to highlight another unpleasant point regarding their process of creating new accounts. In fact during the session, and at a specific point, the agent instructs you to enter a new password on his personal computer (coming from a bank, this procedure seems very strange and insecure). Moreover, the agent constantly glances at what you're typing.: D! This made me concerned about the security of my information, prompting me to change all of my accounts password after that session, as I had used a similar password. Therefore, if you have experienced any password leaks in the past and you created an account here using the same method.this is a good place to start your investigation.to sum up maybe there are some good and honest staff here.but my experience with this agent was very unpleasant and disappointing.: (

Mise à jour 4.7.23. Je ne suis pas satisfait du service d’aujourd’hui. L’employé n’était pas attentif, il était distrait par les demandes de son collègue, je l’attendais et perdais du temps. Et il a fait une grosse erreur quand il est revenu vers moi. La correction de l’erreur a pris plus de temps. C’était très peu professionnel. Je suis déçu.

Every time I've come here, the staff have always been very helpful and gone above and beyond for me with a friendly attitude.

The reviews about the wait times are true, but I would say most customers who come into a bank are requesting something that can't be done online or at an atm, and that is going to be a time consuming and/or complex process.

Extremely slow people. Unwilling to help. I had to wire money in from abroad and they gave me wrong details. The source bank saw the name and kept telling me that RBC gives customers wrong details. But these guys kept telling me that what they gave is right until i sat there insisting to see the branch manager. Then they came and gave me the correct details.

Mauvais accueil de la part d'une caissière, manque de professionnalisme, elle était impulsive, ne connaissant pas la limite de retrait au guichet, même si ce n'était pas la première fois que je faisais un retrait pour cette somme. Au lieu de demander à sa collègue et de bien se renseigner, elle a insisté et a donné des réponses sur des montants que je n'ai pas demandés. Finalement sa collègue lui répondu que Jai raison. Finalement, sa collègue lui a répondu que j'avait raison. Lorsque je lui ai demandé d'être à jour, elle est devenue plus irritable avec une nervosité accrue et n'a pas voulu me servir ce qui ma fait plaisir, car je ne veux pas faire avoir avec une personne comme elle avec manque de respect aux clients, Heureusement, une autre caissière m'a servi avec respect et professionnalisme.

I called customer service general on the phone, I wanted to close my account from them, the guy I spoke to keeps making me not cancel it, almost like he’s begging. When I say I don’t want to because I am not using it anymore then he told me to go to any branch to be able to cancel it.

I called again because it’s such a hassle to go to the branch. Then a woman proceed with canceling my card on the phone no problem. The first customer service I spoke to was such a liar.

RBC never gave me anything good so I’m done with it.

No help. And today I show up to deposit some checks since they randomly freeze them unless I go to the teller for whatever reason. To find out they been closed since 330!? Why!? Total inconvenience. Hate this bank.

Pourriez-vous changer vos heures d’ouverture ici quand vous fermez deux succursales d’une région la même journée à la même heure. Ce serait la moindre des choses.

No service when trying to contact rbc directly and if i need to go to the bank lineups are so long with only two tellers on a busy day
