Find the service slow (depending when I go). There's always that one annoying guy being served, taking forever with so much for the teller to do when people are waiting. There should be at least two or three more tellers working to help clear the line when it starts at the front door of the bank not one or two.

Worst branch ever. Everytime I come in here there's only one teller, if we, the 7 clients in line, are lucky we will maybe see 2 tellers. These folks really don't care about clients and sorry but the tellers vocabulary is worthy of someone who works in a junkyard. Unacceptable when interacting with clients, choice of words shows the limited repertoire in the vocabulary. Last I checked we are not friends and you should use proper wording when speaking to your clients.

RBC is doesn't care about the climate crisis and Indigenous sovereignty. RBC has funded $260 billion into fossil fuels, the most of all the 5 major banks. They are using our money to burn our children's children's future away. Enough is enough! It is past time for RBC to divest from fossil fuels and respect Indigenous sovereignty!

Went to the branch on Gouin street on Tuesday October 18 2022 but the teller area is closed and only the machines are open. However, on their website, it states that they’re open until 5pm.
