This Place is horrible and I got assistant from "Stamen Garnenkov" and he is not a helping person at all. I went for line of Credit and he never explained how it works and what will be further steps too. He told me that he applied for $10K CAD and then he changed to $5K CAD and there was no any update to line of credit in my account. I emailed him for the more information but he did not applied me at all.
If I can talk with Branch manager then it would be appreciated and please avoid this branch if possible.
I would have given "Zero" if possible here.

After spending +5 years running around the province at many RBC locations and other banks like BMO, Caisses Populaire (i know not real bank but still), HSBC, TD, CIBC etc, most banks are all the same, many have bad attitudes, on a power trip, their protocols, staff is often moved around, sometimes promoted after 1-2 years to other branch so they can't establish a client relationship, maybe it's on purpose i don't know. There are like only 5 locations i like to go to and this is one of them! Last time i was there the teller a young man offered me unsolicited advise mixed in with his personal opinion wich i let him know right away that if i need any advice I WILL ASK YOU, not the other way around, no need to give me your personal free advise, but the older lady next to him was very professional at another visit. Usually their good to me here. There's also the Monkland branch, Côte St-Luc branch and even Van Horne that has soso reviews have been good to me. It maybe helps when you have 5 services with them. I also think it depends a lot on the teller you end up with that serves you, sometimes it clicks and sometimes it's a disaster like the Queen Mary branch. Good luck to all

Lack of professionalism. No follow ups, no nothing. Not a big fan of RBC but my experiences with them are going from bad to worse.
Changing bank soon.
Manulife or Tangerine I think are more customer oriented that the BIG 5.

Wasted nearly 2 hours at this branch activating my account, only to find out one month later that my account was never activated, and the changes I requested, never applied.

Simply the worst, Justin Santella knows how to make RBC loses corporate/loyal customers.any body cares?
