Waited patiently 2.5 hrs in reception area for help with debit fraud for the 3rd time. Told at 5 I wud have to leave as bank closing. Finally lady comes, doesn't introduce herself & asks what she can help with? Asks for my ID again Left totally discouraged with no access to my account. RBC customer for 45 yrs. Time to move on?
The lady deposited my money into wrong account and she said my deposit slip is not good so it is not her fault, and the Mr.said the same thing, and they can do nothing for the wrong deposit, and they even didn’t give me the manager’s phone number to complain. Worst service and worst attitude! Be careful your money when you go to this branch.
My deposit slip account number 500xxx, she made 900xxx, and they told me to fix the problem by myself
Worst staff. Went to deposit money and staff try to steal your money. I sent rbc an email detailing what happened but they haven’t replied to me. Will never go in this branch ever again.
Worst RBC branch ever with the most incompetent manager. Withdrawing money to exchange it at an external exchange bureau, and bringing the new currency back to RBC (with receipt) is an illegal transaction according to her. Although I have been banking with RBC for almost 15 years, when I dealt with this branch manager I was treated as a criminal who sells drugs on the streets and brings RBC the cash.
Excellent bank. We have been going to this branch since we move in DDO more than 40 years ago. Much has changed and staff turnover seems to be high but the people working there always try to give excellent service. A special thank you to Donatella & Noura Mahamat Saleh Issa. I always get 6 star service when I see them.
I’ve had a problem with my account, and the manager at this branch went above and beyond to fix the problem. A true example of customer service, my highest thanks.
