I was standing in line at an ATM today monring, and one of your employees, with a blue shirt and black pants, brought a customer and cut me off without asking. I've never seen an employee cut in line so rudely! Please train your staff right!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life, constant lies, I’ve been trying to to open an account there disorganized lack of information they tell me and always wrong with days. Things that should take days like they say actually takes weeks on weeks with calls and many visits.

This branch has always been the best. The people working there are always willing to help me in any way the can. They have always taken the time to help me the best way possible. Always such a good attitude! I have tried other branches closer to where I live now and I always go back to Pointe Claire. Never disappointed!

Need to make an appointment over the phone, automated service did not allow me to speak to a human. How are seniors suppose to get the service they need if they don't have access to online banking. So not impressed.they are happy to take our money and give no service back.

Many many people have begged RBC to stop funding fossil fuels and climate destruction. RBC simply refuses. They have put more than $200 Billion in fossil fuels since the Paris Agreement.

While I've encountered one stellar employee here, I have to give it the lowest rating because of its manager and assistant manager. They are
confrontational, rude, threatening, and and chose bank bureaucracy over customer satisfaction. They couldn't care less about my nonagenarian father's comfort. No special treatment for seniors at all!

In my most recent upset with them, most employees were not interested in fixing a mistake made by the branch. I had to push and push and push. They kept trying to brush me off. Finally, a rookie who was trying to help but who was obviously getting instructions from people in the back to get rid of me, came up with a solution.

Get rid of this rotten manager and his toady assistant manager, and maybe the atmosphere in this branch will change.

RBC AGENTS FROM POINTE CLAIRE MUST KNOW HOW TO RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS. THERE WAS ONE RUDE GUY FROM THE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT IN POINTE CLAIRE LOCATION. HE ADVISED ME TO GO TO A LAWYER FOR SOME REASON THAT HE KNEW ALOT OF THINGS IN HIS FIELD.

I ASKED HIM TO BOOK ME AN APPOINTMENT BUT HE SAID THERE IS NO WAY COZ HE ALREADY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS RUDE. HE ACT LIKE A BOSS. YOU MUST RESPECT EACH ONE OF US OR YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU'RE NOTHING W/O THE CUSTOMERS!

DONT ACT LIKE YOU KNOW EVERYTHING. YOURE NOT THE ONE WHO DECIDES WETHER WE WANNA GO VISIT TO THE BRANCH OR NOT.

I only come to this branch because I also deal with TD across the street. Service is always very slow. I never wait at TD who are fast an efficient. Every time I step into this branch I feel treated like a criminal even for access to my own money.

I had to do a third party deposit into a friend's account because she is out of town and it took forever. The cheque is from RBC to RBC. Why all the suspicion.

Poor service. Poor treatment.

I don't usually bank at this branch.

I enter to make a large withdrawal and they told me I could not access that volume of money without ordering it. It was not that substantial in my opinion that it required ordering. Needless to say I was denied access to my own funds.

Instead I left and decided to go get better service at my home branch. Despite the fact that it would have been very convenient given the location I was in.

I feel like they could have asked a different question other than denying me categorically access to my money. It was not borrowed money.

Had great service with Jean-Pierre Trinque who is a great person and very dedicated to providing the best service and the most information possible.
He went above and beyond.he answered multiple phone calls and emails of ours and never showed an ounce of annoyance.
The entire experience with him was easy and quick.

This branch is awesome! Fast and professional service. I've been with RBC for many years. I love my financial advisor, he's always there to help me!
