An agent from this agency allowed multiple clients to use my private bathroom without my consent while they were on my property. I came upstairs to find that they had formed a line outside my powder room as if my home was a concert ground. Not a single one looked apologetic or as if they wanted to ask permission from me, so clearly the agent either approved it or did not inspire the clients towards basic etiquette. Despicable. A shame this agency finds it appropriate to allow clients to do whatever they want on private property.
