Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Being a BIG fan of Real Fruit, I normally order the Durian with extra Durian chunk. However at this location, the taste is completely off, doesnt taste anything like the other Real Fruit.didn't taste the extra durian and the smoothie itself taste off, i doubts this was made with real durian, taste more like powdered ones. Will never go back to this one. It's disappointing as we paid for two.

I thought today was the day to have a refreshing durian smoothie during a busy day at work, but I was so wrong. What I received tasted as if they had used powdered durian which is very contrary to their brand. Real Fruit? More like FAKE Fruit. I have ordered many times from other Real Fruit stores, so I do know my durian smoothie. I made the mistake of not reading the previous reviews and am very disappointed. Avoid this location at all cost if you value your money.

The mango diamond slush i had there today was superb. Like an actual mango chunks in a cup. Love the aesthetics of the store.

Je trouve cela tout à fait inacceptable et contraire à l'attitude professionnelle que l'on attend d'un vendeur. En tant que client, j'estime avoir le droit d'être traité avec respect et courtoisie. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas du tout le cas lors de ma visite dans votre magasin.

J'espère sincèrement que vous prendrez les mesures nécessaires pour remédier à ce problème et garantir que tous vos employés se conforment aux normes de service à la clientèle élevées que l'on est en droit d'attendre. Je crois fermement en la valeur d'une communication respectueuse et aimable, et c'est ce que je m'attends à recevoir en tant que client fidèle.

I went today at 5: 40. The girl was rude and refused to take my order because I could not figure out how to use the device to order a customized drink.

She took the time to yell at me and my Boyfriend how anything she could do the device could do and refused to take our orders verbally, even though she saw we could not figure out the machine.

Totally Disappointed, since I like this place! Unfortunately my time was wasted by going here today. Hopefully, someone will be so kind as to take my order verbally next time.

Absolutely love that place. The store is so nice and spacious. It’s a great place to relax and study with a tasty bubble tea!

I frequented this place several time, and I like how the barista always knows my order! I always take a large Mango Pineapple Slush with strawberry boba. So Good!

I ordered via the Real Fruit Bubble Tea mobile application, and the order was ready quite quickly! Their fresh pressed orange and carrot juice is absolutely amazing. I love that there is no added sugar.

Le thé au lait de coco était suprenamment très bon, je le recommande, c'est sur que je reviens. Le service est rapide car il n'y a pas grand monde, par contre c'est rien d'extraordinaire niveau "vibe" t'es là pour prendre ton thé et partir, très normale.

L'accueil à été déplorable! Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant la fermeture, nous nous installons pour consommer et au moment de fermer l'employé pas très sympathique nous éteint la lumière subitement sans même nous prévenir.il y a des façons de faire tout de même. Vraiment dommage. Je ne le recommande pas à cause de ça.
