Excellent service, these people actually care about fixing bikes! I brought my neglected bike in looking for guidance and repairs. Dominic walked me through everything the bike needed and explained any piece of information I didn't understand. His kindness and absolute love for this craft is obvious in everything he did. My bike was completely saved and I could not be more grateful. Would trust this shop with any bike related issue

Fantastic experience. My first time here but my husband has used this shop and had told me that the people were very knowledgeable and reliable. As soon as I drove up to the door with my bicycle on my car rack I was greeted by a worker - the owner I believe - and he took my bike off the rack and took it inside. I showed him my bent handlebar and explained that I had fallen with the bike. He said he could fix it and proceeded to fix it. While he had it up on the bar in the shop, he not only fixed the handle bar, but also checked all the gears as well as the solidity of all the screws and joints, adjusting and tightening as needed. When I asked how much I owed him, he replied that it hadn't taken him very long to do and I didn't owe him anything! He put the bicycle back onto the car and That was it! So few positive experiences like this these days - I just had to let everyone know what a treasure this shop is!

Too expensive and the workers i talked to did not listen, wasted my time, and were aggressive and disrespectful.

Although they were closed, someone came out from store and fixed my bike’s break for free quickly. The breaks work great now thanks to his expertise!

Ce bike shop pas du tout prétentieux est plein de mechanos passionnés de vélo et prêt à aider en tout temps. Ils connaissent leur affaire et veulent que le monde aient plaisir à vélo en toute saison. Ce sont des experts qui adorent leur métier et ça parait!

Went there with my ebike to ask some questions and the crew were able to answer them all and even gave me a hand to tune it even though they usually don’t do them. They made my day! Was very satisfied with the service, how polite, humble yet patient they were all towards me. Will definitely be going back in the upcoming months and years. Best service ever!

Sold me a bike with a crashed frame that's been bent back. The frame has since then warped (bent back steel will do that). This was noticed at another bike shop when taken for a tune up. Eventually the frame would break, probably while riding the bike. I see in the reviews that I'm not the only that was sold a jeopardized frame. Buyer beware.

My go to bike shop. The owner is fantastic and honest. I rebuilt my bike twice (road then cx) through here and the experience has been phenomenal.

Helpful and generous service. We were welcomed warmly and provided with immediate assistance with a repair (extreme fair price). Beautiful assortment on the floor, will definitely return to make our next bike purchase.

Une shop de vélo très dévouée et remplie de gens passionnés, mais je crois que la passion du vélo dépasse l’intérêt du client. Je suis venu avec un vélo de course vintage que j’aimais beaucoup. J’étais prêt à investir pour l’améliorer. Résultat: quand je suis venu chercher mon vélo suite à un appel pour me dire que le travail à faire sur le vélo aller monter à +850$, il était complément défait. On m’a indiqué qu’il n’y avait rien à faire puisque la selle était fixée dans le cadre. Recycle cycle a détruit mon vélo et m’a fait payer 70$. Pas besoin de démonter un vélo au complet pour voir que la selle est prise dans le cadre! En plus, c’était une explication complètement différente de ce qu’on m’a indiqué au téléphone. Malheureusement, chaque fois que je suis allé, j’ai témoigné d’attitude que je qualifierais de méprisante envers les clients. Des questions du genre “ta quel âge? Qu’est-ce que tu fais dans la vie? Est-ce que tu l’aimes ton vélo? ” Je ne comprends pas ce que ça change dans le travail de réparation de vélo.

J'ai été ce samedi matin pour un pneu crevé et j'ai été aussitôt servi! Le mécanicien était très sympathique et me donnait de très bon conseils! Je recommande grandement cette place!
Update: mon pneu s'est encore dégonflé durant la journée.et là il est complètement à terre

I really love the rebuilt Devinci Milano I bought at Recycle Cycle last week. Light, and so easy to ride. To think I was considering an e-bike! This is way better. Sounds cheesy, but all the boys there put their heart and soul in their repairs and rebuilds. Why buy new when you can get better for less $$$? Special thanks to Dom and Oliviero.

I recently visited this bike shop and was blown away by their commitment to sustainability! Not only do they have a great selection of bikes, but they also recycle and refurbish bikes to keep them out of landfills. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they helped me find the perfect bike for my needs. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike or looking to support eco-friendly businesses. Five stars!

Excellent service du proprio. Je cherchais une pédale pour mon vieux sekine et il avait la pièce dans son inventaire. Merci!

Passionnés et avenants. Ils proposent des solutions en fonction des besoins et non pas de l’inventaire à écouler. J’adore l’idée de récupérer des pièces d’autres vélos (selle, support, poignée, etc…) pour leur donner une deuxième vie.
