Best retail store employees in downtown Montreal, and I didn't even buy a pair of shoes. Will have to drop by again.

Great team, but store could really use an upgrade and mores choices on the floor & in stock.

The store was closed two hours before it was announced on the internet, which disrespect, they made me waste my time moving there.

Je suis allée avec une amie chez vous pour paire de sandales rose! La vendeuse m'a chaleureusement accueilli et m'a informé que la paire que je voulais était a 50%! J'ai capoté!
Elle a pris le temps de bien me conseiller pour la pointure et n'a fait aucune pression pour la vente. Je suis très satisfaite de ma première expérience chez Reebok Montréal et en plus j'ai eu un magnifique sac spécial! Thank you special lady

Très mauvaise expérience. Le magasin était à cours de stock d'un modèle de soulier. On m'a offert de faire une commande en ligne. Le magasin testait un nouveau système pour effectuer les commandes. Après plus d'une semaine sans aucune confirmation. Il est important de noter que j'ai été facturé sur ma carte de crédit. Après 3 appels téléphoniques interminables totalisant au minimum 3h, je dois maintenant remplir des formulaires de contestation avec ma banque en raison d'un grand manque de qualité de service de la part de reebok.

This has got to be the friendliest warm place i have ever shopped in! I shopped here on the busiest day of the year on Black Friday, and the store was very crowded, but nevertheless, the sales girl who was running back and forth for different customers, never stopped helping me get the different sizes of shoes for me to try. The staff have the warmth of a small mom and pop's store, much more so than other big brand stores that i see in downtown that often are impersonal, cold and unfriendly. Five stars for great personal service, friendliness and great selection and prices. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

It s 18.25 and it is closed. Not postit, nothing on the door. Itwas supposed to close at 21 on wednesday.

I came in in a hurry because one of my old sandals broke and I had an event to attend. The service was quick and efficient and the people were so nice. They have an awesome selection.

I went in to find out many things were 50 percent off and there were quite a few customers. Ashley was the name of a sales girl who I bothered with multiple requests but she had good advice and a postive attitude. Ended up buying more than I needed.
