Les techniciens viennent tout juste de quitter, travail propre, très gentils.
Fenêtre installés depuis 9 ans et 2 de mes thermos était fini, service courtois, retour des courriels dans la même journée ou le lendemain, la garantie respecté, j'ai absolument rien de négatif a dire.

Je ne recommande pas. Très mauvais service de garantie après vente. Le cadrage de ma fenêtre de porte a clairement un défaut de fabrication qui a occasionné des infiltrations d'eau et des dommages collatéraux dans ma résidence. La compagnie garantie seulement la pièce (le cadrage) et je dois payer les dommages collatéraux, la porte, le déplacement et le temps pour la réparation ce qui est totalement incorrect. Puisqu'à la base j'ai acheté une porte neuve et c'est pas normal que je doive payer le temps d'installation d'un item sous garantie.

Awful quality of windows to say the very least.
After sale service is even worse, if that's even possible.
I replaced ALL my windows and doors and purchased the entire set from Reflec in mid 2019 at my residential home. The price was right and the guarantee was solid.
Within only a few months 1 of my solarium windows already had a substantial crack in it.
Reflec came to replace the window due to the 10 year warranty with NO additional cost, as it should be.
Now a year later, the gas within the glass in another one of my solarium windows is completely ruined. Entirely fogged up and cant see through it.
Now they are telling me the window is guaranteed, HOWEVER there is a $275 service charge out of nowhere, all of a sudden when there was not one the first time.
The fact that there is already a second time in itself is a red flag for anyone reading this.
First time no service charge, now service charge.
Ridiculous.
Unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and purchase better quality windows/doors that are not going to malfunction on you every other year and a company that will provide proper customer service.
My windows and doors at my farm need to be replaced this year and you can bet I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM REFLEC.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!
This is the first time I ever write a bad review. I only write when I have a positive experience! Not here! There are NO professionals here! A monkey could understand instructions better! I was treated as I know nothing and I had no idea what I was talking about.
As I do not do this job for a living I have done a fair amount of work on my own! Always my own measurements and everything went as planned! Always!
This time the so called professional came to take his own measurements. The door was 4” too short! Nothing lined up with the original casing! The measurements are not even close! Now Fenefco will not except responsibility for the poor workmanship! They say it is our problem! And it is! We have a completely useless door with holes in it that I can’t use anywhere else. This company made a huge mistake and will not take responsibility for it!
I will never recommend or deal with this company again! They are incredibly rude also! They will not listen to reason, the client is right for your future dealings Fenefco! Terrible people! Terrible service! As for the product we will never know! It is TERRIBLY USELESS!
