J’ai déjà testé le salon des promenades et j’ai pas été impressionné mais celui la
WoW! J’y vais souvent et j’ai toujours été satisfaite les employés sont très gentils et drôle surtout le M. à la réception super professionnel et aime faire ses clients en plus il parle français. Aujourd’hui j’ai fait une demande spéciale pour ma manucure et le résultat est impressionnant! Je recommande totalement!

Personnel accueillant qui parle français. J'ai eu une pédicure et le massage et l'execution étaitent parfaite. Beaucoup de choix au niveau des couleurs.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this nail salon. The Customer service was decent- but the nail techniques, services and performance was absolutely horrible. There was nail polish all over my cuticles, nail technician did not even properly shape my nails… very bulky, bumpy and had lint stuck inside the top coat. She used the same (dirty) nail filer as she used in all her customers… did NOT properly SANITIZE her equipment before proceeding.
After expressing to her that this did not look right (mind you I am a nail technician myself… and have been getting my nails done for 7 years consistently…) She didn’t even bother to fix her mistakes, kept rolling her eyes when I was not looking to her colleagues and laughing. SO unprofessional… kept talking negatively about me in her language.not knowing that i’m half asian and black - So I understood every mean thing she had to say.
Another woman came in complaining because a nail technician ruined her real nails… Her nails were also very damaged and horribly looking. I felt so bad for her… they refused to give her a refund.
Please do NOT waste ur time here.

My name is Anna and I came to your nail salon last Saturday around 3: 25pm and left 30 mins before closing. I paid $65 for my nails. There was no misunderstanding. Unless it was just that one employee that does not practice sanitizing her equipments. There was defiantly not a misunderstanding. The nail filer was very dull and had nail residue on it BEFORE she filed my nails. It was so dull that I did not even have a proper thin coffin shape.the sides were bulky, big and uneven.with all due respect, I have been doing nails for years- I know clean equipment when I see it. There was a small box with an unknown substance inside that contained the equipments, after doing my nails she put it back in that same box that she got it out from.did not change the liquid inside.that is not proper sanitizing.
But honestly that was the least of my problems.the disrespect, the comments and the rolling of eyes was very uncalled for. I hope you have cameras and audio because the atmosphere was very hostile. Especially gossiping about your clients in front of them when my nails were VERY horribly done was surprising. I tried to express to her that it did not look right, I tried to be respectful but she continued to dismiss me. My Asian mother was on the phone and she translated what the employee was saying about me.and to be honest I do not feel comfortable ever coming back.

Ca fait plus de 10ans que je viens ici! Ils sont super gentils, professionnels, et ils ont les meilleures chaises à massage pour les pedicures! 10/10! ️

Bad experience, my nails looks so fake and it hurts a lot can’t even sleep. De plus, la madame ne voulait même pas diminuer l’épaisseur comme excuse elle dit qu’ils vont se casser et ils ne pourront pas les arranger car ils sont trop occupés alors que j’ai appelé le jour même et j’ai eu un rendez-vous la même journée…

I came into the shop very last minute a few days ago, and they took me right away.
I had went on their online sight a day prior and tried to book and appointment but it said they were booked for the next three days. I was about to leave town when I stopped at the Wal-Mart on boulevard La Gappe to pick up some things I needed, not realizing the nail salon was in there! (The salon is right at the Walmart entrance on your left as soon as you walk in.) I saw the sign, it said “rdv with or without appointment” So I walked in and that’s when they took me. I was So grateful because I had really been wanting my nails done during my stay and was sad that Online everyone was “booked”.
Now about the service
I received an American Manicure from Nicki with powder on my nails and I could not be happier with the results!
I explained I would like the nails just long enough to be able to navigate my hair, because I’m always braiding it. And I wanted them to have a natural feel/ look, not “chunky”.
I got exactly what I wanted and needed!
For those who haven’t had the best experience online or by phone, I would suggest going into the shop. You won’t regret it!
Great ambiance, experience and impeccable service. I’ll reiterate, the best nail job I’ve gotten so far.
Thank you Nicki and the team for an overall wonderful day!
I will definitely be coming back for a touch-up and pedicure!

BESTTTTT BESTTTT BESST supper fast came at 4: 10pm left at 4: 30pm, believe it or not (I got Acrylic powder on my real nails) just amazing! Definitely coming back!

Very bad and rude customer service. I Don’t recommend. I called to book an appointment she was very rude when i asked about prices and hang up.

L'équipe est superbe! Les personnes sont polies, gentilles. Elles utilisent des produits de qualités. Ce fût un très beau moment de détente lors de ma pose d'ongle et ma pédicure!

The people were so so so nice
My only complaint was that my nails were pretty pricy $65 for a coffin shape nail -not too long with five different colours but other than that I totally recommend! (for any age)
