Beau magasin avev beaucoup d'espace pour circuler et voir les vêtements. Service courtois et efficace.

I drive extra miles to shop at this store because it's excellent service. I always got help when needed.

I don't remember the name of the person that helped me but she was great! She didn't jump on me as soon as I walked in. Helped me, very nice. The other people were also very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be going back.

The women who work at this Reitmans are rude, condescending and they do not know their product. The women working in Vaudreuil are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I drive there from Kirkland so I don’t have to be subjected to the attitude of the women at Reitmans Pointe Claire.

This is a review for the Pointe-Claire store, not Reitman's as a brand. I love their clothes and I've been a loyal customer for the past 15 years. Today I had the most disappointing experience with the lady who I assume is the store manager. I went to pickup an online order. I've picked up numerous online orders over the past two years so I know what is required. When I went in the store I went to the cash because I didn't see any staff on the floor. Then I hear a lady screaming at me from across the store asking what I wanted (she was folding clothes in the back of the store). I had told her that I'm here to pick up an online order and made my way to her, since she did not want to move from there. Then she proceeded interrogating, while rolling her eyes at me, me in a very rude manner. I had everything she needed because, again, this wasn't my first time picking up an order. In the end I got my order and left. I understand that retail work can be stressful, I used to work in retail myself. However, the way she interacted with me is not professional and it makes me not want to go back to this store.

I really enjoy shopping at Reitman I go there when they have 40% sales I went last week and bought some clothes. I find they fit me good and always get compliments when I go to wk. They all ask me where I got the clothes I tell your stores.
