Reitmans

I’ve been here 5-6 times in the past year and each time, staff is very off putting. I used to enjoy coming here but I find recently it’s gone downhill. The store now always feels messy and the staff is borderline rude. I feel guilty for asking for help or god forbid returning something. I enjoy Reitmans clothes and will just shop online at this point.

Staff was nice and attentive but not too pushy. They had some helpful commentary. They were nice and accommodating to my friend who had several gift cards to use on one purchase.

Read some reviews on other Reitmans stores and noticed the bad comments about RUDENESS by employees especially the Managers! I had the same experience with the manager at Angrignon after Christmas holidays for a return I made - she was a pretty rude and loud! What’s up with Reitmans hiring these rude people who don’t know how to deal with the public? This should be reviewed by higher management as these employees represent the company and are giving Reitmans a bad name! I guess they don’t care as I did make a written complaint on how rude the manager was BUT I’m sure they did not address her!

Very bad shopping experience. Happened twice. The staffs attitude is rude. Never shop here again.

Dommage que l'on n'y retrouve plus de tailles "petite". Les tailles "régulières" ne sont pas proportionnées pour les petites. Il n'y a aucun avantage d'acheter chez Reitman's si l'on doit faire altérer son vêtement.

Even though it was a liquidation store the service was great and the place was very clean and I found some awesome deals.

I'm not a fan of the sizing, where extended are just mixed in and just size up from standard sizing. It makes finding what fits difficult and sizing up isn't just a matter of making it bigger all over. The store is ok though the staff are kind of indifferent.
