Pire service a la clientèle plus de 2 heures d’attente au téléphone et quand on va sur place il son sur leur téléphone et prend aucune appelles

Came to get items from my car after an accident, I called to check hours before to make sure I'd get there on time on a Sunday - the phone message states they close at 2pm when in fact they close at 1pm. Maybe change the voicemail to avoid errors and driving from far to be denied access.

Car broke down in the left lane of the 13 north, during rush hour today. Called *4141, dispatch was helpful, reassured me. Then a beautiful new tow truck arrived with my hero aboard. Elias jumped out of the truck secured the premises and took me out of my vehicle and made sure I was safely seated in his truck.

Receptionist is extremely rude, girl in her 40 i'd say with short bob black hair, she is on her phone texting instead of helping customers, she tells you to wait while she goes get a tea and then tells me you look like your in a rush and I told her it was disrespectful and she laughed in my face. Once i asked her to submit a complain she left her desk laughing again and refused to, I will be contacting corporate to submit a formal complaint

I manage a large transport company. Every time one of our units has a problem on the road or in the yard, I have service on site within the hour and the job is done within minutes. I've been using these guys for years and it's never changed.
Awesome experience again and again!

My husband and I had a emergency situation on the highway exiting Montreal on the way to NH USA. We needed to be hauled to the Burstall hub and find a Hotel etc at 11 pm at night.
We were soooo happy with the excellent rescue, friendliness of all involved. We HIGHLY recommend this business.
Thank you all very much. Also the highway police and highway safety crews were just the best.

Everything I read from other reviewers seems true as to my experience. If you have a choice in the matter, don't use this company. If your case is with Montreal Police, work on getting your car out of there as soon as you can.
- Relation with Montreal Police: The police towed my car using them. When I was in distress I didn't have the time to think and be picky over who towed my vehicle, and I assumed the police would take it to a reliable warehouse.
- Rudeness on the phone: The guy has the attitude of someone who knows he is getting business no matter what. Very rude and very unprofessional.
- Questionable tactics: That same guy was asking about pay even before coming up with a useful idea of how my unfunctional vehicle would leave his warehouse to the dealer. They don't accept payment over the phone and want you to show in person even when I gave him all the documentation that HE ASKED FOR to prove my identity. Despite being a towing company I had to hire a towing car from a different company to get my vehicle out because that guy didn't know if he had available vehicles (apparently he couldn't even check before getting paid). It was obvious that his best interest was keeping my car at his place for extra storage fee.
- Truth be told I don't think they damaged my vehicle while storing or transferring it. You know how bad a company is when normal, expected, things are told as a positive point.

Je donne seulement 4 étoiles à cause de l'emplacement géographique de leur cour. Pas évident d'accès à pied/transport en commun. Sinon, service rapide et poli pour récupérer mon véhicule. Pas de surprise au niveau de la facturation. Pas de dommage sur mon véhicule. Rien ne manque à l'intérieur et j'avais des objets de grande valeur. Un peu cher, mais les tarifs sont régis par le MTQ et un service sur l'autoroute ça se paye.

Overall, je reste agréablement surpris de mon expérience.
