Super service! J’ai eu une crevaison un dimanche après-midi sur le bord de l’autoroute, la dépanneuse est arrivé en 30 minutes. Le chauffeur était très efficace et a pris soin de ma Tesla.

Suite à une crevaison le soir en rentrant chez moi, je suis passé par Tesla assistance qui ont mandaté Kar Pro. J’avais demandé la veille à ce que on vienne me remorquer à 9h le lendemain matin. A 8h50 la dépanneuse était devant chez nous.
Merci à Grégory de Jar Pro pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, en plus de connaître parfaitement le fonctionnement de l’auto et des mesures à prendre pour la mettre sur un plateau!
A 10h j’étais ressorti du garage avec un pneu réparé!

MAUVAIS SERVICE EVER

EN PANNE AVEC UN CAMION 20 pied voie service 40 et boul des sources, je les appel pour me remorquer il me charge 350$ pour un remorquage de 45 min de temp en tout de l arriver de la remorqueuse et l arriver a destination (3km le trajet).
Jai faite confiance a karpro ils ont droper mon truck et ils ont meme pas pris le temp de remettre AXEL SHAFT. Une mise en demeure sera faite cette semaine et une plainte au bureau des taxis et remorquage sera faite.

Mardi le 11 octobre 2022 jengage des pourauite.

The employees of this establishment are super nice people. Very professional.great customer experience. They were courteous polite and caring.

Horrible experience. Used through CAA. Charged me 50$ to have it delievred to the wrong adress all the way in Montreal instead of the west island litteraly 6 km from my house.

When we called back, they said they would bring it to the right spot. Come back to find the car not there. The driver still left it at the wrong place. So we had to put another call for another towing. He had already sropped the keys in the wrong one garage so now im stuck waiting for the wrong garage to open to get my keys

Had a flat on my vintage BMW motorcycle 8 miles from my home, and they picked up and delivered my bike. The operator was very diligent in securing my bike, not an easy task if you're not used to it. Great service, I'd call them again if needed.

Terrible expérience. Ils m’ont rendu ma voiture avec des pieces qui manquent, des dégats sur la carrosserie et des pièces brisees. Une voiture vandalisée en somme! Des employés impolis, qui s’enervent quand tu demandes qu’est ce qui s’est passé. Si vous voulez perdre du temps à aller porter plainte, ramenez votre voiture la-bas! Aucune excuse de leur part.

I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE FOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GONNA SEND KAR PRO TO HELP ME OUT. THEY SAID THEY'LL ARRIVE IN 60 MINUTES. 5 MINUTES LATER I CALLED KARPRO DIRECTLY TO CHANGE MY LOCATION ASSUMING IT WOULD BE QUICKER IF I JUST CALL THEM DIRECTLY.

THE GUY ANSWERS AND I ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I WANT TO CHANGE MY LOCATION AND RIGHT AWAT HE CUTS ME OFF SAYING SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF "I HAVE PLENTY OF TOW TRUCKS YOU GOTTA BE A LITTLE MORE SPECIFIC" IN A RUDE TONE, WHEN I WASNT EVEN DONE TALKING. THEN RIGHT AWAY HE SAYS "GIVE ME 1 MINUTE ILL CALL YOU BACK" HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I WAITED 2 HOURS.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. ATLEAST PRETEND THAT YOU CARE!

So Friendly and helpful. They saved us on Christmas Eve when we couldn’t get towed from anyone else. Great service!

Do yourself a favour, call someone else, don’t waste your time or money. Couldn’t jump start a car, on two separate occasions, while a different provider got the car started in a few seconds. On top of incompetent service, they are extremely rude and don’t consider customer feedback.

Inaccurate ETA. Keep adding 60 minute. Been waiting 4 hours. No transparency. Call another tower that showed up in 30 minutes.

It seems they just want your money, customer satisfaction be damned.

My vehicle was stolen and recovered by the police early January 2022. Kar-Pro was contacted to collect my vehicle and I had to work with them to get it to a garage (keys were reprogrammed by the thief).

1) They refused to release the vehicle on behalf of my insurance, as the release form was exclusively in my name. However, when I was there in person (day of vehicle recovery), they informed me that they just needed the signed paper (which I left them) and that my insurance could take care of everything on my behalf. If this was not true, they should have informed me then so that I could have provided the information needed to expedite the process. Having to learn this through my insurance company over a week later was not acceptable.

2) They refused to accept payment from my insurance company, and I had to intervene and make the payment myself. If you are a towing service that is contacted by the police, and you do not accept payment from insurance, you are probably in the wrong business. Fortunately I was able to pay the nearly $1000 bill (so high because they held me vehicle for so long - see previous point), though I'm sure many less fortunate individuals would have a problem with this.

3) When I called to sort out the issue regarding the insurance payment, the individual on the phone seemed very defensing and childing regarding the situation. Not a very professional service.

The only saving grace, why they did not get 1 star, is because they were very friendly and sympathetic when I arrived on site on the day my vehicle was recovered.
