I've never seen anything like this! The staff hide from customers or they are too busy talking to each other. They should follow example from Rona - I know where I am going next -

At a time when finding good service has become increasing rare, employees here are helpful and knowledgeable. They approach you to offer assistance as opposed to hiding from you, which seemingly has become the norm these days.

Very disappointed. Sweaty employee with a moustache doesn’t know if the store sells plexiglass.

Went to buy ceramic tiles that I had already seen in their Lasalle location the same day. To my surprise the price of the tiles in NDG were more expensive. I politely pointed this out to the manager Ali who refused to honour their price match policy. Now the fact that I am a corporate customer and spend several thousand dollars a year at their company may be irrelevant but still here are the options Ali had: 1) Respect the price match policy where he was still making a profit and keep the customer happy. 2) Tell the customer it was not their fault the other store still had an old price and make the customer angry and lose him entirely. He chose the latter. I think the store would benefit from training Ali better.

Better than it used to be. Now the employees don't run the other way like they used to.

Their employees need to be re-evaluated since they are ruining the reputation of the store.

I phoned once they hung up, second time a lady answered without telling me her name and spoke I posed my question she hung up. I phoned after and nobody answered.

This took place on Friday 23 around 9.30-10.00 am

If you’re gonna hire employees they are there to work not to mess around

Excellent service in English in the metals/screws/nails section. Lots of staff this Saturday morning to help.

Nice store. Clean and organized. Staff I dealt with where great. I'm visiting family and from Ontario. I've been in this store a number of times. Always been a good experience.

(j étais un client) je suis Électricien je suis passé aujourd'hui le 01 juin 2023 j'achetais beaucoup à ce magasin mais toujours payer cash aujourd'hui j'ai acheté fils électriques et disjoncteurs les disjoncteurs sont situés à la caisse donc j'ai payer à cette caisse et ensuite je suis passer au comptoir pro pour prendre un café gratuit comme d'habitude sauf que là la caissière avec son air bête ma dit à tu un compte pro donc pas de compte pro pas de café wow par principe je vais aller ailleurs avec plaisir vous faites pitié
