Des employés service à la clientèle qui ne comprennent pas le français? Vraiment? Un peu déçu. Et je veux juste préciser, ils étaient 3 et les trois avaient un « puzzled look » pour que je passe à l’anglais.
This morning Sept 17/2023, I went to this place to find a plant at garden in the back, a sleeping employee showed me the door to the garden, you can go out but you cannot go back in, j hot stuck in the back, I called the store, where ever i call, answering machine, I got stuck there more then half an hiyr banging on the window fir someone to gear me, thank God a client heard me, beside him about 4 employees, walking Zumbies none of hear anything, because they just walk around and say I'm jot from this department, at least put a sign saying closed for winter
Le service était vraiment médiocre, je demande à un commis des questions et elle me répondait je ne sais pas.et elle faisait pas d'efforts pour me chercher l'information.elle a même montis à propos d'un service elle m'a dit qu'il répondait pas au téléphone et quand j'ai appelé ils pour une commande spéciale ils m'ont répondit sur le champ.
Mauvaise expérience avec un adolescent qui se prend comme à qui, il travaille dans la section des bois, il m'a donné le morceau et s'en va avec négligence et manque de respect sans dire un mot. J'étais allée le voir pour lui demander pourquoi il n'a pas couper le bois, il m'a regardé avec un sourire ridicule en me disant que la section est fermée soit j'achète la machine qui coupe soit je retourne le lendemain. Ses comportements étaient inacceptable, ce genre des gamins donne mauvaise influence et réputation pour l'entrepôt.
Ordered 3 outdoor lamps online, the status of my order is still waiting for transporter to pick up. Called the store on multiple occasions they don't answer or call back. I've called customer service also multiple times, they have no information either. I went on-site to pointe Claire store, was told a manager would call me back, 3 days later I have still not received a response or my package. I never got a phone call back, but I finally received my package after 3 weeks!
Needed electrical wire, looked around that department, everyone, was trying too look very busy, told my buddy with me, watch as soon as we find something, They will show up, on the way out, seen the two guys belonging too that department, and went to see them, they scattered like the wind, anyway we went to homedepot, which is no better, stay away, terrible place to buy, now they have robot counters, to eliminate cashier, run and run faster out of there. Never will go back.
The worst company hands down. Horrible customer service. Inferior products. Disrespectful management. Even when I foolishly go back to them, they find a way to completely fumble online orders, express deliveries, and in-store purchases. STAY AWAY!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. We went there for purchase of items for a value of over $2.5K.
Two clerks called Emmy and Jessika were helping us to pay.
To start we waited for 30 minutes to be able to pay and then after paying I noticed they overcharged us for about 5%! It took another 1 hour to do the full refund!
She even didn’t apologized for their mistakes and keeping us there for 1.5 hour! For a service that usually takes 5 minutes!
Grande surface de quinquallerie généraliste. On y trouve de tout pour le jardin ou les travaux. J'y ai acheté pas mal de matériel de bonne qualité. A recommander d'autant qu'il fait référence à Montréal. C'est un peu comme nos Leroy Merlin en France. A fréquenter si vous devez y faire des travaux.
I go there because it's a Canadian company, but every time I go there, I wish I never went, nobody cares, they send you forward and backward, they don't know where the stock is, or they just say I don't know, if you ask them to call someone, they say aaaa I don't think they are here yet, everytime I go there first, than I end up at Home Depo, perfect service, they make sure to find what you are looking for, soo sad, but that's how it is.
No cashier. Obviously affected by worker shortage. Left without buying anything not willing to wait 45 minutes to check out. Self checkout also not available
I went there today and found out there no cashes open, except for the self-serve cashes recently installed. When I asked why not a single "regular" cash was open, I was told employees were on their lunch break and nobody was available. Need I say more.
Scrap cheep store, I have been there today in order to exchange a leaking Gilmour hose nozzle life time warranty I've bought from there less than 3 months ago and I didn't have my receipt. It was less than 20$ value but they still refused to exchange it. And I spent thousands of dollars over there only in the last couple of years. Such a cheep store with the worse customer service. And so arrogant and unpleasant employees at the returns/exchanges desk. I will never go there again.
Today we were very unpleasantly ordered to use their recent self service cashes if we wanted to pay by credit card. We hate self service cashes. Here's another store that will get no more business from us.

Purchased a ladder and another item, paid for delivery.ladder delivered defective. Returned ladder because they had none in stock to replace, but they didn't accept to refund delivery charge! I was told that there was another item delivered with the ladder hence they can't refund, I even asked to refund me half the amount I paid for delivery, they said no.
Talked to the manager and he also didn't get the point that my project was delayed and now they want to charge me for delivering of a defective item! Also have to drive to store for processing my refund, another waste of time and money for gas.
Now had to buy from another store and again pay for delivery again. If I knew there is problem with one of my two items, I would buy both of them from somewhere else.manager was not like someone how can understand the case and find a fix for customers, he kept saying I'm the manager and if you call back for this issue the answer would be NO again!
Good selection and a helpful staff. Usually you go into the big box stores and you can never find anyone to help you. Today I had two older female staff come up to me to see if I needed help. So much more professional than some of the "kids" that you Normally see. A pleasant change!
I love this place! Today's experience was no better or worse than usual. It's rare they wouldn't have what I'm looking for, very well curated inventory!
Unfortunately no service.we went to look at redoing our kitchen counters, waited at the section no one.finally got an employee to look for the person in charge, only to finally leave after 10minutes never served.
It is hard to find employees to help you out. I have been there multiple times and it's always the same experience. The need to start working on the website to find the exact aisle location for any product they sell.
"Customer service" should be renamed "passive-agressive lazy people" and the wood-cutting machine has been broken 8 months, with no repair projected until the year 2385.
We asked help from 3 workers and no one was willing to help. Everyone seemed lost and lazy to even look for what we needed. Overall very bad experience and ended up with nothing. Definitely not shopping there again.
Great service and people were helpful. Only one employee told us to look at the isle and when we asked a question, he said it's self service. Look and find! My husband and I thought that was rude!
Les employés sont très gentils, mais quand j’ai visité il y avait beaucoup de tablettes vides et du stock mal placé dans les allés du saisonnier. C’était désagréable de circuler et de bouger pour laisser passer les autres. Des allées propres et dégagées serait mieux.
Difficile de se faire servir et les prix sont élevés comparer à la compétition. J'y vais seulement quand je suis vraiment mal pris. Dommage car c'est un commerce de proximité.
It's common enough for it to be hard to find help at a large hardware store. But today, in two separate departments, staff asked me if I needed help (I don't believe that I looked like I was in need of help). So refreshing of an experience
Never order online with Reno-depot, it takes 10 days just for a few sticks to be ready to pick up. Each time when we called, nobody answers. Finally when we try to pick up, waited 45 mins for this small order. What’s the point to order online?

Afin de décorer la maison, je visite souvent le magasin récemment et j'achète beaucoup de choses. J'ai beaucoup d'aide! La dame qui porte souvent des vêtements verts au comptoir de service, elle est très mignonne, patiente et responsable. La responsable de la porte en bois nous a présenté très patiemment et nous a beaucoup aidés. La dame du département de peinture et une jeune fille sont très professionnelles et patientes. Le responsable du groupe baignoire est plein d'humour et sympathique. La chose la plus cool est la personne âgée en charge de la plomberie et de la douche, elle connaît trop chaque partie, alors il a directement trouvé la bonne et nous l'a transmise. Très professionnel et très mignon. Grâce à leur aide, nous avons pratiquement terminé les travaux de rénovation. Merci beaucoup. Ils sont la lumière du Québec! Je ressens leur amour du travail et leur sens aigu des responsabilités. Cela est nécessaire à tous les horizons. C'est une qualité incroyable. Je recommande cette boutique à tout le monde, vous devez demander quand vous avez besoin d'aide, ils vous aideront beaucoup! Remercier!
