I have been comming to this store since the day it opened.for the first 10 years or so it was fantastic.service was very good people were knowlegeable. Once Rona merged with Reno Depot service started to detereorate and has gone down ever since. To the point where even if you find an employee chances are they know less that you do.
I ha e to go out ofmy way but unless i know exaclty what i need I go to Home Depot.
Trully terrible service and now lack of products to boot
Je donne une étoile pour le département du saisonnier. Il y a des dalles à l'extérieur il y a des dalles en avant mais les dalles que le monde veulent sont à l'autre bout dans la cour. La direction ne veulent plus, ils veulent que l'on prenne un chariot 2 ou 3, attendre que tu les commis ce libère, pour après refaire le travail une 2e fois, relever le pavé 50 x 25lbs, je crois que toute l'économie dans le 16 juin et sont capable d'ouvrir la porte, compter le paver qui le monde a payer pour les embarqué. Département du Saisonnier refuse d'ouvrir la porte avant ou arrière du saisonnier. J'ai été me faire rembourser

I don’t think I can recall the last time this store had what I needed, always leave empty handed. I mean, have you ever seen a hardware store that doesn’t have ELECTRICAL WIRING?
Je suis un habitué du Réno-Dépôt et autres centres de quincaillerie par contre pour ce morceau j'ai été très déçue de voir qu'il était deux fois plus cher qu'ailleurs
Catastrophique service, they were holding me for 3 week to come for estimation, during this period I call them several time for following up, they hold me for one hour for each call. No result, each one passed me to other one. I was disappointed here, unresponsive. Don’t count on their promis and don’t stop your business and waiting for them
My "go to" store. Often I go to other stores closer to home and I end up here, since they have what I need in stock. The staff leave me alone, unless I have a specific question, and they are efficient.
Très déçu j'ai demandé de l'aide et plus de 30 minutes plus tard et avoir demandé plusieurs fois de l'aide ont ma dit que la personne qui était supposé être dans la section électrique n'était pas entrée ce matin omg Très mauvaise gestion et de direction si tu sais que ton employé rentre pas pense à un plan B laisse pas ta clientèle sans service si je pouvais donner 0 étoiles je le ferais bien
Reno-depôt has definitely upped their customer-service game to a new level, especially at this location. Appreciate representatives' willingness to help and coming after you to help with what you're looking or to help with any questions you may have.
If I have to put zero star, I would. Words can't express how I am so disappointed in this store! We bought paved slabs in store in the evening and was about to pick up outside but the personnel told us that the ones we picked were not available. How come we were able to pay and online says there's 121 in stock? They then told us to come back the next day to have the refund since they're already closing. The next day, they said they can't refund us because they have to check the security footage that we really was not able to take slabs, but then the security, whom they said comes everyday, didn't arrive yet. Thus, we just bought another type of paved slabs until somebody from the store told us that the original one that we bought are available, it's just on the other side of the store. Anyway, we kept on calling and they always said the security didn't come yet. Until now, at this time of writing, about 2 weeks from the time we bought the first slabs, we still didn't get our refund, saying the security didn't go to the store yet. I tried to call again and they kept on hanging up. I don't know why such a big company like this has this kind of issue. So disappointing.
Very helpful and supportive. I was so off the context to know what to buy for my wool carpet and how much to buy. They helped me making a correct decision. Although I did not know french, they helped a lot and made things easy for me
Les employés sont gentils mais manque un peu de formation dans plusieurs départements. La gérante de plancher m’a envoyé 2 fois au mauvais endroit dans le magasin plutôt que demander et de se renseigner. Produits mal étiquetés. Je cherchais simplement à réparer une fissure de béton…
C'est un entrepôt avrc un grand inventaire de produits construction et rénovation, en plus vous trouverez les outils de bricolage de jardinage et bien plus de choses
I hope it was just my bad luck but i had the worst experience at this store! I took stain and one week later i go for another gallon but they say they dont have it anymore. Only suggestion is to go and check other stores! I ask for paint, after taking all details and asking to choose all its specs they go for 5 minutes and say they dont have the base. And the cherry on top, i wait for 5 minutes to return an item but nobody attends to it. No sense of customer satisfaction!
