Went here multiple times to visit the garden centre during early summer. To my surprise the garden centre was always closed from the exterior during my various trips in June, July, and August. In fact it was opened once but the worker locked the door behind him. Why would we want to go into the store only to go back into the garden centre? Home Depot leaves those doors open. So does Canadian tire. So does rona. I rather shop there as it’s easier to move around.

Bonne variété de produits, par contre, ne tentez pas de trouver un employé pour vous aider à trouver quelque chose puisque vous aurez le temps de faire le tour du magasin 3 fois.

Clearly costumer service at this place isn’t one of their values, to the old bald guy that answers with arrogance and condescending maybe it’s time you think about changing jobs, he didn’t only answer like this to me but ti multiple costumers I couldn’t believe it. I remember now why I don’t like coming here

Hier, mon épouse a téléphoné vers 15h au service à la clientèle pour savoir si un item était bien en magasin étant donné qu'on habite plus loin et on voulait en être certains avant notre déplacement. La jeune fille du service à la clientèle a été très professionnelle et a répondu à la demande avec jovialité. Ensuite, mon épouse a demandé à parler à la quincaillerie. L'homme qui a répondu a été, à son tour, très serviable et jovial. Nous sommes allés plus tard en magasin acheter les ressorts. Malheureusement, elle a oublié de prendre les noms, mais merci à vous deux, notre porte de garage a maintenant des ressorts tout neufs et fonctionnels!

J'ai reçu un excellent service de Michèle Dionne, très professionnelle et efficace.

Never buying a product from a Reno or Rona again. And I recommend all reading this to think carefully before buying appliances or products from this chain.

Reno sold us an expensive appliance, which is still under warranty, and is beginning to malfunction - but the appliance company went out of business. Now, Reno has thrown it's hands in the air and said this is not their problem and will not help us with fixing the product or with the warranty. In addition, technicians are unwilling to work on the appliance since they say it is a "fly by night" company that Reno sold to us and can't get any parts.

So much for standing behind the products you sell to your customers, integrity, and the environment. In this situation, Reno and the "fly by night" company won and made money, while the customer is merely a pleb and this heavy appliance will now need to be thrown in the waste.

Shame.

Hier j'étais au Réno Dépot et je tiens a dire que j'ai eu un excellent service de Julien en électricité. Magasin très professionnel et efficace. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Très grand, beaucoup de choix, prix compétitifs. Tout pour la rénovation domiciliaire et plus.

I have been to many Reno Depot but never have I received a service as good as this one! Charles one of the directors was extremely helpful and offered me a 5/5 stars service and was very happy to do so which is pretty rare nowadays. I left very satisfied and I will definitely be back!

Very helpful people and knowledgeable staff. I would usually go to Canadian Tire or Home Depot but I have been better served at Reno-Depot lately and this has now become my go-to store for tools and home renovations.

La dernière fois que j'y suis allé. C'était pour faire des doubles de clés. J'ai dû demander trois fois si un commis pouvait venir pour faire des clés et personne n'est jamais venu. Il on appelé le commis a l'intercom et son parti. Ça fait quelquefois que j'y vais et je suis déçu à chaque fois du service.

Service à la clientèle exécrable de la par de Caro au services. Même un de ses collègue m'a dit qu'elle étais comme ça chaque jours. Sérieusement j'ai jamais vue plus bête que ça comme personne j'étais stupéfait.le magasin est correct les employers aussi mais service médiocre de Caro désoler.

Attendu 1 heure 30 minutes pour faire faire une coupe au centre de coupe, pas de personnel en semaine (mardi) à 15h30?

Wide selection of Reno-Depot items (so Craftsman, Kobalt, Flex tools) and building materials but woefully hit or miss in terms of staff and service. Sometimes you’ll get outstanding service and other times spend 20 minutes looking for someone who doesn’t know anything. Great purchases if you catch them on special.

Beaucoup de variétés et d'inventaire. Certaines catégories d'items sont a prix imbattables et ils ont souvent des rabais intéressant. Cependant, comme tout autre grande surfaces, ils ont plusieurs produits plus chère qu'ailleurs.

Today had a bad experience in the store.the price of the article was different what the cashier trying to sell me. Then the assistant manager came and ask me to follow to the aisle so I can show her where is the price but she showed no respect at all. Looks like she treating customers like her employees it dosen't make any sense to me. No please no thank you, nothing. The store need to monitor those kinds of employee.

Although the inexperienced staff made mistakes in my order the manager made it up to me in a friendly and beneficial way. I was very appreciative

Reno isnt my favoured diy/builders shop, however if you compare between it and HDepot, you can find the same product cheaper at one or the other, staff are becoming much more helpful at Reno too!
