I originally started working with RentItFurnished because of the high reviews and I feel like it's time to give an honest testimony about working with RentItFurnished.

My review comes in two parts:

1. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When you talk to them, they're a great help. It's also my first time renting out a property, so I was glad to have someone to reach out to with questions and worries.

2. The bigger issue is that it is VERY difficult to get a hold of the RentItFurnished team once you've signed on with them. When I say difficult, I mean that this has caused issues with the renter and myself since there was a lack of communication and updates. You need to be the one to prompt them 2 or 3 times to get an answer. Even then, it leaves you worried and anxious about what's going on.

I wondered if it was a staffing issue because I have had 3 different property managers. The second time the change happened, I was not even notified until I accidentally called the previous manager and had to use the "contact us" form on their website to find out who is managing my property now.

So, there are pros and cons, but I think it's important that the reviews reflect every facet of the RentItFurnished experience.

Cannot recommend Nicole enough if you are looking for a place to rent in Montréal.
