I called this company on 2 occasions for different issues. Both times they were speedy and fixed the problem. They also provided good advise. I would call them again if needed.

Excellent professional service- the technician promptly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher leak, and took a photo to show me where the leak was coming from. A part needed to be ordered, and the repair was done within a few days. Top notch!

It's my second time using them and still one of the best companies out in Montreal to do business with. Fast, efficient, excellent value - there's really nothing to complain about.

The first visit was for a Dishwasher repair and this second visit was for regular maintenance/cleaning of the Dishwasher/Freezer/Washer/Dryer for a special holiday promo price they had going on.

They did a good job at the time arranged, and were very good about communicating with me both about the appointment booking and the time the tech came to do the work. Not much more I could ask for. Oh, of course the work was good and the price was reasonable.

We had a problem with our fairly old Kenmore washer: it stopped draining on any cycle. I called Flash Repair, they answered right away, and gave me an appointment on the day and at the time I required. I received SMS and email confirmations as well as a reminder one day before the appointment. The technician, Julian, called me an hour before his arrival and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a prompt solution. The whole visit lasted about half an hour. He also gave a few tips on how to use the washer to avoid problems in the future. Julian was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Service was quick and professional. The mechanic took about an hour and had the part ready in his van. Price was very reasonable as well. Strongly recommended!

They booked an appoint 12-5 and came late, at 5: 15 but in an hour had dismantled the dryer and replaced the shorted electronics and it works great again

Really great experience with this company. Our fridge/freezer chose to die on Jan 1st, and although they couldn't send a repairman until 4 days later, the repairman did an excellent job. He soon determined it was not the compressor, but a relay that helped the compressor to start. He had a compatible part, and within the same visit, the problem was fixed! Keep up the great work, guys!:)

The repair man came on time and was very professional. I had done some research and he accepted my conclusions-some others don’t like you telling them what you think. He checked things out and confirmed that I had found the problem. He fixed it. I am really happy with my experience with the company.

My only complaint would be that the technician did not wear a mask (or offer to wear one), but I also didn't ask. (I just kept my distances). Would probably ask ahead of time next time.
