Reparation Service L & L

Overcharged for lawn mower repair. Work agreed on was not performed but charged for it anyway. Gave the shop the opportunity to resolve the issue and declined. Do not recommend.

Friendly and excellent advice. Didn't charge me to take quick look at my pressure wash. Didn't need repair and didn't try to sell me anything. This is an honest business that I have used before and would not go anywhere else.

Finally a place in the west island that can fix my mower in under 2 weeks time! The man served me with much respect and did an amazing job on my mower and also my lawn tractor! At a very fair price as well

Brought a Honda Generator in for TuneUp and it did not run well after picking up. Went back with it and the mechanic told me I was mistaken, it was working fine. I have used the generator for 6 years so I know when it's working fine. Still they insisted they know best, but offered to take it all apart again and try do more work on it. What was the point of doing that if they believed it was already working correctly? I decided instead to bring it to a Honda authorized service center and they confirmed it was not serviced correctly by first mechanic. It may be best to avoid this place for anything other than a tune up on your lawn mover or snow blower. <<They appear to have an issue with more advanced technology equipment. >> 2 stars instead of zero as they did it try to fix it fast and offered to do more work on it (at no charge) after I complained.

I went there to get my lawnmower service and a few little things done. He told me a needed a gas cap, and oil change, and the blade need sharpening. Saved me a little money with his honesty. Great Guy.

Great service! Fast, efficient, friendly, and courteous. They have overhauled my roto tiller, repaired the pull cord on my lawnmower and will soon work on my snowblower. They believe in repair if possible as opposed to discard and buy new. A real gem of a place and very reasonably priced. So glad I found them!

Support a locally owned business. Bought a new snowblower from them. Came out to be less expensive then the big box store because of free delivery. Plus they assemble and test it before delivering it.

I brought in a one year old trimmer for repair and after a week he told me it was not worth to repair and then suggested me to buy a 5+ year old trimmer from his store.

The trimmer I bought from him stopped working in the first day.
I brought it back to his store and he was very rude to me.

Guess what I fund my one year old trimmer was hanging in his store for sale.

Hope they go out of business as soon as possible.

If you are ever missing parts for your stove or dishwasher, this is the place to find your missing pieces. Very handy little shop. The owner or the gentleman that works there is nice and helpful.

So happy with the service, the price and the quality. The team were so friendly, so fast and helpful. Called a competitor nearby, and they would only "look at it in a week", and their phone estimate was over twice the price of L and L. Highly recommend L and L. Repairs to mower in 2 days. Really 5* service

Very rude service. Ordered a part through them, they called me when it came in, and when I went to pick it up the old man didn't know where it was and started arguing with me. Left without the part and got it from somewhere else.
