I brought a couple older iPhone 6s in for battery replacement. Mohammed was very professional about an initial assessment and offered an excellent price and same day service.

The phones were checked over before being returned and so far everything seems to be working like new again. Nice!

Although the customer service was excellent - the “off market” screen has caused lots of issues. Can’t use speaker phone and cannot speak on the phone because if your face or an earring touches the screen, it begins pressing random numbers, redials or automatically mutes your phone while you are talking to someone, which is annoying. It was never mentioned to me that the screen change would make it super sensitive, otherwise, I would not have spent the $90+tax to repair the screen. Totally not worth it. Disappointed. It took me a while to write this review as I thought it was just randomly happening but it happens every time I speak on the phone which now makes it practically useless. I can’t text my 90 yr old mother, so I need to be able to speak on the phone. I was hoping to save a few dollars by simply repairing the screen but I should have just purchased a new phone!

My phone was busted and Apple couldn’t fix it for me. Brought it in this morning around 12 and the repairs were done in a timely manner. On top of that, they helped me understand the different options I had for my phone. Definitely would recommend for any cellphone repairs!
