Residence Inn by Marriott Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle

We are Marriott elite so we get an upgraded room when possible. Our room was perfect for us and our adult son. Large living room with pull out couch and a dining room table that seats six. The kitchen had appliances like home - full oven and dishwasher. The free breakfast is adequate, but I think that Marriott has cut back on breakfast in all the residence Inns - no waffle maker, no large assortment of muffins and danishes, but there's bread and a toaster and one type of cake and lots of bagels. The service is great. The location is perfect - right at the bottom of the ski lift as well as the street with all the little shops. And there is a beaver tail window right across the pedestrian way so what more could you ask for?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Residence Inn in Mont Tremblant over the New Year's weekend, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As a loyal Marriott customer, I had certain expectations for the quality of my stay. Initially, I was assigned a smaller room that did not meet my expectations in terms of size and kitchen facilities, unlike other Residence Inns I've stayed in before. Though I understood the hotel's full occupancy, I expressed my concerns to the staff upon check-in.
To my surprise and delight, the hotel's manager, Mr. Frederick Albin, went above and beyond to address my concerns. The next morning, he personally moved me to a much nicer room that not only met but exceeded my expectations. Mr. Albin's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly impressed me, and it made my stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in Mont Tremblant truly memorable. I highly commend both the hotel and Mr. Albin for their exceptional customer service and commitment to guest comfort. This experience reaffirms my loyalty to the Marriott brand and its outstanding service standards.

Room was clean, location is excellent, breakfast was, was, was.a horrible buffet that didn't even have eggs.

Room was clean, comfortable staff was very friendly and attentive. Location in the village was convenient to restaurants and the cabriolet lift. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was standard buffet for this level of hotel which is to say acceptable but nothing to write home about. The gym is tiny and limited but if you are there to ski or hike you don't really need it. It was too late in the year to use the pools but they seemed like they're nice.

Assez déçu, je suggère pas cette hôtel si vous êtes plusieurs. Studio 2 chambres désuet, très petit, pas adapté à plus que 4 et on nous dit que ça couche 8.

Service à la clientèle impeccable, employés dévoués. La chambre était décorée au goût du jour et très fonctionnelle avec son mini-bar. Nous retournerons à cet endroit c’est garanti!

I was recommended this place from a co worker as he stayed here every time he visited Mount Tremblant.

It turned out to be a great place to stay for my family, being closer to the base of the village it’s not as noisy at night time for the restaurants and clubs up the hill at night.

Staff was great.

The room was night though felt a little small, but the Kitchener was convenient as we didn’t want to be dining out every night.

It had a great pool and the only compliant is it’s right underneath the gondola that takes you from the bottom to top of hill. Heard many complain of people spitting into pool.

The breakfast was included and tasted great every morning.

Will definitely go back for our next stay

Bang average, nothing special but also nothing wrong. You would expect a special experience with something related to the Marriott name. Not the case.

Really nice suites. Indoor parking. I wish they had Keurig instead of cheap coffee in rooms. But overall very nice. Well decorated. Really well located. Starbucks nearby.

Good location and friendly service; however, breakfast was horrible. I understand buffet isn't ideal due to covid but the takeout options could be better and filling.

Overall experience was good. Kids were happy. Wife was happy. So i was happy. Would definitely come back. Actually, it was our second time staying here. I am giving 4 stars only cause the breakfast was kinda sad. I know it's cause of covid and all but they could have a bit better variety for non meat options.

Horrible stay. Very stressing mainly due to unacceptable internet speed. We stayed two nights. We payed for the location so that we can leave our teens enjoy the village by themselves while we work. It was a surprise when we saw internet speed of less than 1mb/sec. After talking with the reception we got "enhanced" internet which was. 2mb/sec. Impossible to work with that speed or even playing streaming services. Everything in this hotel is outdated. Overpriced. The only advantage is location. Good internet service in today's world is a must, not an amenity. It's like water or electricity. Many people needs to be connected for business reasons. Never again to this hotel. Pay more but make your vacation or week escape enjoyable.

Got the 2 bedroom suite. A bit smaller than expected but it was nice to have a full kitchen. The only negative thing was the random gurgling and whistling noise coming from the radiators. Also, no blackout curtains.

Underground parking. Location was amazing. Right in the heart of Mont Tremblant village.

Covid - you should bring disinfectant wipes to clean the room. It was clean, but not a thorough job.

Chambre relativement bien, insonorisation correct. Aucun réel service offre en ce temps de mais ils ne font que respecter les règles. Bien placé.

Good location, very comfortable ski in, walk out - 100 feet to the base of Cabriolet.
Staff very nice and helpful. Parking $15/night.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom, got a nice place in the corner with a walkout outside next to our room. Appartment is on small side, sizewise. Kitchen - had everything but bare minimum- 1 pan, 1 frying pan, 4 forks/4 cups/4 glasses. No spares at all. Also minimum toiletries - had to ask extra.

No room service during stay - due to Covid.
Gym/pool closed- due to Covid

Box breakfast - good choices. Buffet closed due to Covid.

Negatives: extremely low noise proofing. You can hear EVERY flush/ shower/kids stumping above or next to you.

Overall good experience but for same price i’d stay elsewhere next time. Its an average hotel in an awesome place.

Chauffage défectueux. L’hôtel efface nos commentaires quand ils n’aiment pas notre avis. M’ont donné 2 chaufferettes en échange pour me réchauffer et n’ont pas voulu m’accorder un départ tardif sans frais en plus. Tout ca peut être compréhensible que le chauffage ne fonctionne pas mais j’ai vraiment eu un très mauvais service de la part d’un employé en particulier à la réception et c’est pourquoi la situation m’a beaucoup déplue. Je suis une habitué des hôtels et des voyages et en toute honnêteté c’est plus l’attitude et les réponses blasées de cet employé qui m’ont déplue que le manque de chauffage.

It was great experience, even though most amenities were closed. Very friendly staff and helpful reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything, what you need to cook.

I booked a two bedroom last week. Be aware that it is not a true two bedroom, they consider the loft a bedroom. True two bedroom in my opinion has two rooms with doors. The true bedroom had two double beds in it. Very small and tight room. Not sure why they would use doubles but considering the loft had a queen when it was large enough for a king makes sense. Always cheaper to use smaller beds. The queen bed was far from comfortable, squishy and could feel partner moving around.

They have a wood fireplace so bring your own fire logs. Bought one at front desk was $13 plus, plus plus. Worked out to about $15 for a 1.5 hour log. You can buy a box of 4 hour logs for about $25. Dont mind paying for something but felt like I was gouged. Their site says fireplace in room but doesnt mention it is wood burning. Other rooms they have are gas.

Breakfast was good considering they had to close the buffet. It was a box breakfast but was ample with several choices.

I would not stay here again. Rooms are very small at 800 sq feet when compared to other hotels with 1200 sq feet. Better off at sommet des neiges. Rooms are big and you can have a 2 bedroom with a king and two queens.

We had just recently stayed at the Marriott Manor Labelle. It was a beautiful experience. The.suite we had was clean and spacious. But the hotel ruined our trip. The first night, our Carbon Monoxide alarm kept us up and when I called down to the front desk, they said to wait until it turned off. When it wouldn't stop, the overnight staff came up and took out the batteries. They did not replace the batteries, but instead let us stay in a room without a safety alarm for our entire weekend. The second night, the upstairs guests were extremely loud. We had placed 3 separate phone calls alerting the front desk that they were keeping us up until 5: 00am. When we complained once more in the morning they did not find a solution for our horrible experience. Great town- would recommend a different hotel.

Très bien situé, propre, sa sent bon, l'essentiel est là, personnel courtois, le hic, petit déjeuner pour emporter (déçu un peu) mais comprenant vu la situation et c'est pas super bien insonorisé, nous entendions les chaises sur le plancher et courir! Le reste parfait ;)

Not bad at all. Excellent location, really nice staff, very, very clean rooms and amenities (even if most are closed). The rooms are large, the sleeping comfort above average of a 3 star hotel. One star off for the subpar “free” breakfast (the covid excuse is not valid, subpar is subpar - an old croissant, an egg, a mini pack of cheese, a small juice and an apple don’t make an acceptable included breakfast) and for the tight underground mixed garage- garbage dumpster which costs $15/night.

Just arrived at the hotel and I’m so disappointed. The room that I booked is totally different from the photos that showed when I ordered. (On the photos it shows a full kitchen and I brought food with me to cook). Very disappointed about the reception, a blonde lady was not welcoming at all and I was told that you have to pay for the parking she didn’t even mentioned that there is a free option. (But thanks to a good guy Gabriel he mentioned to me there is a free option, and it’s just 4 min walk! Thanks to him I got the wifi password as well when I went for a second time at the front) As well the sink cabinet of the washroom smells very bad. I usually don’t leave reviews when I travel unless I’m happy but this time I was so disappointed ️.

A weekend in Mont Tremblant - is an opportunity to escape and enjoy.

You need only bring a sesame of adventure, your skis, your bike or simply a good pair of walking shoes - you’ll need not much else.

The Residence Inn finds itself in the heart of the village - which means all is within easy access.

The rooms are comfortable - with a mid-century modern theme. The kitchenette, complete with dishwasher, provides for flexibility.

If you opt for a mobile key, be sure to also get a spare key for after hours and parking garage access.

Excellent hotel in Tremblant resort village. Centrally located in the resort. Ski-in ski-out access. Free breakfast. Great staff. Indoor parking. The hotel seems to be recently remodelled or updated/redecorated. As lifetime gold Marriott elite member was upgraded to one bedroom suite with a fireplace (#312) which is super nice with full kitchen, dining table, sofa and seperate bedroom. This Residence Inn is far better than typical RI. Would definitely return.

Place is smacked in the middle of the resort. Friendly staff and very helpful. The only let down the King rooms don't have cooking plate and it feels a bit out dated

Had a great stay at this hotel this week, very comfortable, delicious complimentary breakfast, ski in ski out, very centrally located on the site and best of all was the hotel reception associate Dominique, she was so pleasant and helpful, a real sweetheart. It made our stay even more enjoyable!

Nous avons passé une nuit durant les vacances de noël, beaucoup trop chaud malgré le chauffage éteint ainsi que les fenêtres ouvertes (en hiver). Très bruillant jusqu’à 4: 00 am a cause des bars à proximité. Malheureusement l’alarme d’incendie nous a réveillé une fois de plus vers 4: 30 am par cause de fumé dans le stationnement souterrain causé par les restaurants ce qui a durer 2: 00 dont nous avions dû être déplacer à un autre lobby, car il y avait trop de monde. Nous avons essayé de trouver entente avec le gérant ce qui semblait fonctionné au départ, par la suite nous avons rapidement été oublié, toujours remis au lendemain, des promesses de rappel par le gérant toujours oublié, cela fait près d’un mois et rien n’est toujours réglé et je dois continuer d’appeler tout les jours.très décevant comme service pour le prix que nous avons payé d’autant plus du suivit médiocre de la part du gérant qui donne l’impression tout simplement de vouloir se débarrasser de nous. Mauvaise expérience en général.
