Ressorts Montréal-Nord (RMN-PRO)

Went there fo the annual inspection. They told me I have to change the center bearing to which I gave them a go. Found out at night that nobody is working on the truck and later found out they don't work after 3pm and nobody had told me that. Next day, they call me 45mins to 3pm saying that the shaft needs to be replaced aswell because it was jammed and that it will go to Monday now because we are closing in 45 minutes. WHY would you even start a job at closing!? Now the truck is paralysed for the whole weekend leaving my 2 drivers at home and still don't know if it will be ready on Monday. I spoke to some other carriers, they reported that they had done the same to them while they needed the center bearing only. Avoid the surprises and go somewhere else where they are more honnest and where they are more professional.

Ce sont des escroc. Ils font que charger des frais inexistant et charge plus d’heure que le travaille réel. En plus de cela, l’équipe n’est pas professionnelle et irrespectueuse. Ils chargent des factures pour dés réparation non faite et font que perdre le temps afin de faire augmenter le prix de la facture. Je suis déçus et je ne le recommande pas.

Pas de coordination entre leurs équipes! Tu paye pour un service que tu n'as pas besoin. Pour mon cas.

J’ai appelé un commis de pièces pour de l’information et j’ai reçu un très bon service!
