Restaurant au Vieux Duluth

La qualité, la quantité des aliments servis est très bonne. Le service est bon à chacune de nos visites.

Anecdote malheureuse du printemps 2023.

Le restaurant affiche une fermeture à 22h sur Google. Nous arrivons à 20h30 et voulons nous assurer que l'heure de fermeture de Google est la bonne. Nous demandons à l'hôtesse si nous pouvons être reçus malgré l'heure tardive. Mme nous réponds que le restaurant ferme à 21h. Elle grimace et accepte de nous donner une table. 4 autres tables sont occupées par des groupes de 4 clients.
C'est au bout de 20 minutes après notre dernière bouché que la serveuse préparera la facture alors que nous attendons près de la sortie. à notre départ il restait 2 tablés. Il était 21h37.

We did our small Christmas party there yesterday. Food excellent service as well. Needs a little updating in decor but overall a nice place i recommend it

The server was super rude and almost ripped my head off cause I didn't leave him a 15% tip.even though I left 10$ for 80$ bill, buddy change your job if you're not making enough money, it's not my responsibility to feed you.

I did not enjoy the Surf and Turf the steak was too tough the rest of the meal was delicious. The server was exceptionally wonderful.

Place was packed staff performed well unfortunately the calamari plate I ordered the calamari was unevenly cook and quite rubbery out of a box I don't think it was made in house I'd put it in one of the top two worst calamari I've ever had. Sadly excellent service and enjoyable ambience does not cut it it's a restaurant the food cannot be subpar especially at the price we pay as customers.

Nothing wrong with the restaurant in general, we were treated well but the food is extremely mediocre for what you pay for. There's also a $7 fee on top of the price of a meal if you want to share a plate with someone instead of each getting a meal. I have never seen this before, it feels unfair and wasteful if people aren't very hungry and just want to go out and share a meal. Will likely not return since there are way better Greek options available for comparable or cheaper prices.

Je me suis arrêter aujourd'hui devant la fenêtre de ce restaurant. J'étais DEHORS sous la pluie, j'avais un appel urgent à faire parce que ma mère avait disparue. Pendant que j'étais au téléphone, un employé m'a interrompu en me criant après parce que j'étais devant sa vitre et que je "dérangeais" ses clients. Il n'y avait PERSONNE à l'intérieur de l'autre bord de la vitre.
Je ne suis jamais rentré dans ce resto et à en juger par ce vieux grincheux qui ne parle même pas français, je n'irai jamais, le service à la clientèle doit être affreux.
Si vous devez passer un appel urgent, n'allez surtout pas faire de l'ombre à leurs fantômes! Il ne faut surtout pas leur bloquer la magnifique vue du stationnement.

Le service est lent, le pire c’est qu’il n’y avait personne dans le restaurant…Les mets commandés étaient pas pire mais ça nous a donné mal au ventre…

A l'opposé de celui de Point-aux-Trembles et son proprio George; cette branche est très accueillante et la nourriture selon les règles de l'art. La photo en preuve. Une grande carafe d'eau glacée, sans avoir besoin de la redemander selon besoin. Maria, notre serveuse était très aimable, sourire facile et professionnelle. Chapeau au chef!

Very rude OWNER
Shoved a 90 year old woman with a walker out the door because he didn't want cold air to enter the restaurant.
When asked to be patient, started yelling that its his restaurant and he can do what he wants. Unacceptable behavior.

Absolute trash of a service. No manners, food had hair, chicken was partially raw. Disgusting presentation and bland.

My advise to people going there is “check your drinking glasses”. I was given a glass which was already used by someone with lipstick stain on it. And when I complained about it, I didn’t receive any apologies.

With this service, at the end I was specifically told to give a tip of 15%, 18% or 20% and not below that. I am not against giving a tip, but I don’t like to be pushed for the tip when I am already feeling disgusted on drinking water from a used glass. It’s YUCK.

Moi et ma famille, nous aimons de la nourriture servi à ce restaurant. Je recomends fortement. Tout est vraiment bon, on voit que le client est bien traité. Il y avait juste une fois où on a trouvé une tasse qui n'était pas propre. Mais ça ne diminue pas la bonne qualité du restaurant en général.

Salut on avait une souper le vendredi ou il y avait presque une trentaine de notre groupe la serveuse était trop nerveuse et pas fine de tout merci

Came to eat here with my daughter. Beginning was nice, food was quick and tasty, my 3 year old ordered a kids meal. Waitress never came to see us during our meal. Then shows up with the bill. I told her I wanted to have dessert. She said oh we’ll make another bill. At this point, my daughter didn’t get her included ice cream. I said nevermind, thing is she never offered it even if it was included. Now I remember why I always go to the laval location.

Worst staff. Drove 15 min in the thunderstorm to arrive at 9: 35 and get turned down when advertised at 10: 00pm for the waiter to day say its closed at 9: 30 making rules on the spot. Thank goodness, the keg never disapoonts.

We had the lunch special which included soup and coffee. We both had the shrimp papillon which was very tasty. It came with salad, rice and Greek potatoes. Everything was very tasty

Nous avons célébré une fête moi et ma famille à cet endroit le 13 août 2022 et je peux vous dire que l’accueil laisse vraiment à désirer en plus nous étions dans le fond du restaurant tandis que le resto n’était pas si occupé ils ont même voulu nous faire payer le service pour un gâteau que nous avions apporter nous même du jamais vu!
La nourriture est très très ordinaire donc je ne recommande pas ce resto
Nous avons un meilleure service au restaurant la casa grecque et la nourriture est très similaire pour prix moins élevé!

My family and I have been here on many occasions, and have never been disappointed. The food has been consistently amazing, and the staff courteous and attentive!

Avons une réservation pour midi arrivé sur place il nous diraient qu'il vont ouvrir à 3 heures seulement problème d'eau

Only 2 vegetarian options. The manager kept trying to tell us to leave, made the stay unpleasant. Professional wait staff.

I ordered The Authentic Souvlaki meal last Monday and it was delicious. Also, the environment was clean. In the past years, I enjoyed eating other Greek food.

Went there with the family to celebrate the holidays. The serving portions were pretty big. And the food was quite good, the main dishes come with salad and rice. Everything tasted pretty good, but was pretty salty though, ended up frinking a lot of water. The service was great, the waiter came to ask us how the food was multiple times and cared to our needs. Overall had a good experience.
