Restaurant Boustan

I choose a promo 2 pitas for 13.99 and they said no promo valid, so why they put a promo if they didn’t going to be valid

Their attempt at catering to their vegan customers is in vain. For instance, I once ordered a Boustan vegan wrap with the potatoes on the side, and got diarrhea from it. Also, they are stingy with their vegan sauce. Not only do they fill the sauce containers 3/4, they also avoid to use it whenever possible and sometimes confuse it with the regular non-vegan garlic sauce OR replace with hummus.

Their recent vegan addition to the menu is subpar (i.e, Boustan Bowl). After eating it, I was left unsatisfied and disgusted. The avocados were underripe, they were stingy with the potatoes (which are dirt cheap), the salad was not fresh, and added no vegan protein to the bowl. Overall, this establishment is low-effort.

Honestly, I don't like to complain or leave bad reviews but this was just bad. I love the original boustan, unfortunatrly this was nothing like that. Soggy tomatoes, bad turnips, meh tasteless slaw, and the chicken was terrible- the spices were off, there was no crunch from the slaw or turnips, no crispy bits of chicken. Everything tasted off and the texture was just soggy. What a disappointment.

Service was quick but my shawarma didn’t have the garlic sauce… which was my main craving nevertheless, food was good.

Une quantité minimale de viande dans ma pita 90% de crudité et 10% de viande, j’avais l’impression de mangé de salade dans une pita.

I am a regular customer and believe it’s a really good spot to buy food. The food here is healthier then the most of the places and they have pretty good customer service

They never disappoint me. Ordered special buy 1 get 1 on uber and asked them to modify it with no rice and salad tabule and they did it. I loved their kind service.

Best chicken sandwich and mix plat I ever have in any boustan. They are amazing and fast and their mix platter is big enough for 1 person.

Extremely poor, the guy who was serving us was very rude! If you do not want to work then dont please, people come to eat and you treat them like a shit…he was so arrogant.food was good and that man was pathetic…

I had to wait for 20 mns to get my Gift card scanned, because the delivery took the scanning machine

Having ordered from the 3 major Lebanese restaurants in Montreal, my husband and I agreed that this place was the best. The portions were perfect (not exaggerating on the rice and potatoes like other places) the taste was awesome, and it was delivered quickly. Looking forward to the next time. Overall a big thumbs up

I honestly think this cote vertu location is the best boustan! They're so kind and they never messed up my order unlike the other locations! I ordered on uber today and asked for extra eggplant and specific dressings and they got all three wraps correct! It was filled properly and tasted as it should be! GREAT SERVICE! Will make sure I order from this cote vertu location next time too! DON'T LET ME DOWN!

J’ai reçu ma commande et il manquait un plat. On m’a remboursé, mais je n’ai pas pu le recommander, car j’aurais payé encore une fois pour la livraison.
Franchement, ce n’est pas un bon service. Au lieu de présenter ses excuses et de m’envoyer mon plat, on m’a dit de contacter la compagnie de livraison pour demander le remboursement.

Most definitely one of the best Boustan I’ve been too.

I dont like giving negative reviews but I Just got a beef sandwich from this location. Their beef was dry and not warm. No complaints about the service though. Hope they improve on this

Don't order Trio Brochette de Poulet, I've ordered it 3 times with uber eat and it came burned every single time

On vient de commander une livraison est c'est tres décevant: tres peu de viande! Ils ont remplacé la viande par du riz. Les salades sont tres mauvaise aussi.

D'habitude ont commande toujours a Laval a côté du Saint-Martin et c'est toujours excellent.

Fortement non recommandable la place sur Côte Vertu à Montréal!
