Restaurant Boustan

The food at this Boustan is always fresh and delicious. The service is always quick and on point. It's one of my favorite fast food restaurant!

Un Service impersonnel avec un mauvais rapport qualité prix, sincèrement l’assiette pleine de chou beaucoup beaucoup de sauce d’ail et de humus, aucun goût, il prépare l’assiette comme je ne sais pas quoi, je le déconseille et c’est pas la première visite à ce restaurant, la çà déborde vraiment.

The food was awesome and fresh! The staff was very friendly and the portions were more than satisfying! I ate the Shitake vegan mushroom as protein and it was really good.
I will come again!

Ne jamais commander via leur site internet pour cueillir une commande. Les employés se foutent de cette plateforme et ne respectent pas les délais mentionnés lors de la commande en ligne 1h plus tard ma commande n’était même pas prête. La honte! Faire patienter les gens ainsi. Vous pensez quoi? Si on passe la commande en ligne et que c’est mentionné prêt dans 15 minutes respectez les délais et surtout quand on se présente sur place dans les délais ne pas faire attendre vos clients 30 minutes de plus vous ÊTES RIDICULES. Plus jamais pour ma famille! Je ne recommande aucunement Boustan Delson 0/0

Oui d accord c est excellent quand t arrive à te faire servir. Boustan améliore votre service! Ça fait 2x que j y vais et j arrive pas à me faire servir! Re essaye une deuxieme. Ils sont toujours pas organisés.

I don’t know if they were out of food but my portion was a quarter of the portion I normally receive here as a weekly repeat customer at other locations.

I’ve visited this location a couple times before and had no issue, but 18$ for the bowl to be filled a quarter less than usual is not right.

Less food for the same amount of money.

Bonne bouffe, bonne quantité, mais service très impersonnel. Avoir un sourire semble impossible, c'est à peine si on nous a dit bonjour. Oui il y avait quelques personnes, mais rien d'extraordinaire.

Fast service, reliable, consistent and well priced for the generous servings. Perfect for takeout and clean place too.

Erreur sur la prise de commande et la viande au poulet trop sèche. La qualité a diminué selon mes expériences passées chez ce Boustan. Je ne crois pas y retourner de sitôt.

The customer service here is amazing, Terry was so friendly and you can really tell the passion and pride he feels for the Brand.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to get Lebanese food in Montreal.

When it first opened, service and portions was good but recently they reduced considerably their portions. It’s not worth it all for the same price you can go to multiple competitions around.
I ordered a salad bol the guy took a pinch of salad to put only Half of it on my plate and put back the other half … he repeated this action twice with each choice of salad.
I will not come back and not recommend for sure because I just saw so many reviews saying the same things and they didn’t care they are keeping the same poor service so we’ll keep our money!

I like Boustan, BUT the one in Delson is really disappointing. I have tried it three times, all are very low quality. One time, I got pain in my stomach (in 2022). Today I purchased the plat in the photo attached. It is around 1/4 of the plat is empty, and full of salad and a very little of Shawarma. If they do not have enough ingredient, they should not accept orders at the end of the day. I will never visit them again.
Hopefully, they correct themselves.

The shawarma was tasty. The person serving the food was very friendly. I think it was a good value. I got a "combo" where there's a choice of rice, potatoes, or Cole slaw. The rice was good.

Le goût et la qualité sont au rendez-vous, mais pas la valeur quantité-prix. Le restaurant a récemment changé de format pour réduire la quantité sans pour autant réduire le prix. C'est très décevant, c'est rendu cher par rapport à ce que c'est.

Des délicieux plats un staff merveilleux très aimable, pour moi (healthy plate) est vraiment excellent

Très déçu, généralement j’y vais c’est excellent. Ce soir ce n’était vraiment pas bon. Les patate n’était même pas cuite et je n’ai reçu aucune sauce dans mon assiette mixte. Aucune sauce à l’ail

Excellent resto. Les mets sont savoureux. Bonne portion servie. Faudrait nettoyer les tables plus souvent.
