Restaurant Boustan

I went for beef sandwich takeout, the guy forgot to add beef while taking other customers order over phone. Looks like the restaurant owner is not training their employees and make them do multiple things at the same time. Sign of Canada's services sectors gradual decline! The place not comparable with original Boustan.

Jpense que c le pire shawarma de mtl. Le poulet a une texture de pâtes à modeler. C horrible. Les patates sont sans goût. Tout laisse un sale goût désagréable dans ta bouche pour des heures. Je comprends pas comment y’a toujours des clients. Y’a tellement d’autres shawarma meilleur que ça.

J'ai commandé sur Uber Eat et j'ai reçu ca!
La viande était crue et contenait beaucoup de gras Frites froides et le riz est cru
Ça ne mérite même pas 1 étoile

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je le ferais!
Service médiocre et pas du tout professionnel, le plat était désagréable!
Je n’irai plus jamais!

Your food is good but for the PRICE YOU GUYS CHARGE, seriously, LEARN TO READ UBER EATS INSTRUCTIONS.

I've ordered here around 10 times with Uber, maybe once or twice have I gotten exactly what I ordered.

You guy can never properly give me an extra garlic sauce on the side, which I actually pay for. I always have to ask Uber for the refund.

If I'm paying over 50$ for 2 meals each time, YES, I expect you to follow my specific instructions for choice of salad, sauce and extra pita.

It took 30 mins to get my food and at the end their machine was broken so I couldn’t pay the food looked disgusting almost burned and the lady’s excuse was that their were to many orders. But they were literally taking half an hour just to fold a box never coming here again.

J'ai goûté à leur cuisine, c'était très bon. J'ai essayé de nombreux endroits de Boustan, mais celui-ci est de loin mon préféré. Tous les meilleurs!

Well i am a big fan of Boustan. Have tried their food in different locations and branches. This one is one of the best. I tried their brochette and kafta. Those were really amazing and juicy. I would highly recommend people to try it out. Service was also quite good.

Small place with good Food, specially if you like to eat big plates. I tried the chicken brochettes and it was a delicious. Seems like there is a devery service.

Horrible, j'y étais tout à l'heure vers 15h, j'ai jeté mon argent, la serveuse insupportable, très désagréable avec aucun sourire, les assiettes étaient vides avec presque rien, je les aient répondu en lui disant que la quantité est trop insuffisante, elle m'a rajouté un peu plus dans les boîtes à contre cœur alors que c'est payé avec mon argent. Je n'y reviendrai plus jamais, et je partagerai l'expérience avec tout mon entourage.

Un peu cher la viande est de mauvaise qualité qualité prix c est cher je déconseille les gens pour prendre leur viande

Maintenant ils ont décidé de fournir un seul genre de sauce, soit humus soit ail, au lieu des 2 sauces comme toujours.

I love Boustan but they’re very inconsistent, especially at the CDN location. Every time the Creation Wrap is different, either it’s missing ingredients or containing different ingredients/portions. I’ve basically stopped going here because it’s such a gamble every time and it’s been so long since I got a good one: (

The best Boustan in Montreal! They are very clean and the food is so fresh. The stuffs are very friendly and they have the fast service:) I live coming to this place when I get hungry

J'ai commandé chez Boustan via Uber Eats récemment et j'ai été déçu par la taille des sandwichs que j'ai reçus. Bien que l'offre de 2 pour 1 soit très attrayante, les sandwichs étaient beaucoup plus petits que ce à quoi je m'attendais. J'ai été assez surpris de voir à quel point ils étaient petits, surtout comparé à ce que j'avais l'habitude de recevoir lors de mes visites en personne.

En général, le service chez Boustan est excellent. Les portions sont généreuses et la nourriture est délicieuse. Cependant, ma dernière expérience sur Uber Eats a été un peu décevante. Je ne sais pas si cela est dû à la façon dont la nourriture a été emballée pour la livraison ou si c'est une politique de l'entreprise pour les commandes à emporter, mais cela m'a déçu.
