Restaurant Boustan Laval

Food was good, only thing is that they forgot to put something I ordered in my bag and also the employee preparing my food made a comment in his language mocking me and his coworker started laughing looking at me but the thing is that I totally understood what he said my wife is lebanese. So for that reason we won't be back to this location of Boustan.

Had a Shawarma sandwich with thin wrap bread. Reminds me of how another brand used to be but. The Quality of ingredients was A1. The staff were friendly too.

Le staff étaient vraiment super, c'était notre première fois chez Boustan et le jeune homme a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu et comment commander. Nous avons tous aimé, c'était délicieux!

Message to corporate: Please rethink your menu, it is confusing, constantly moving with animations all over the place. No need to overthink your menu. Make it simple and easy to read.

I was there 3 day’s ago I ordered pita chicken they didn’t put chicken just a little bit I just smelled it and the sandwich 9$ something is really sad because the price of chicken getting higher and these people making high prices with a bit of food, never again worst boustan ever be careful I wish if there is 0 star or -, thieves……….

They do not follow instructions on Uber eats. Asked for a Chicken shawarma saj pita with only garlic sauce and I got one fully vegetabled out to the max.
Also the Beef pita Saj has literally no beef in it.like if you're gonna charge over 10 dollars for a not even a big sandwich at least put some meat in it.or raise your price and send me something that will make me order again? How do you people not follow instructions on a simple app. I chose you over 500 other places tonight I am not satisfied and I regret my choice. THANK YOU BOUSTAN DANIEL JOHNSON.
I will refund that chicken I already submitted to uber eats with a picture.

Daniel Johnson franchise -> The portion of chicken in the pita keeps going down and down and down and down. Now are are being served chicken scrappings and cooked chicken fat instead of juicy slices of cut chicken + the pita is stuffed with 70% coleslaw. Please start serving decent food again. You should taste and feel the chicken pieces as you bite into your sandwich.

We had to try it out since we were on a mission to compare different shawarma shops. This one missed the bar. The price to portion size ratio is not economical. The sandwich in general wasn't anything special. The platter was way too small and lacked flavour.
Might have been the location, not sure, but definitely didn't meet our taste buds. Might try another location to cross compare.

Tu prend une assiette poulet à 17$, la portion poulet est trop petite, la sauce à l'ail passé date et qui donne mal au coeur.not worth it specialy for 17$ its a rip off!

We ordered 'Trio Mix' wraps, they were exactly what you'd expect: delicious! It's a relatively clean and Air conditioned place with lots of seating. I would recommend this for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner

Ordered a chicken pita Shawarma on Uber. After waiting for 45 minutes, got water bottles delivered to me. No mistake by the Uber driver as he had only one parcel.

Never disappointed everytime i go there. Great service, clean restaurant, delicious and fresh food. Wish you guys endless success.

They have the best shawarma mixed plates. The portions are large and the pricing is very very fair! The service is quick and efficient. It’s the best fast food!

Personnel très gentils et accueillant. J’ai commandé pour 6 assiettes et un shishtaouk et il ne manquait rien dans ces assiettes. Par contre, je met 4 étoiles, car je n’ai pas reçu mon entrée de kebbeh et vu que j’avais commandé avant-hier le 5 septembre, je ne pouvais pas me déplacer encore une fois jusqu’à là-bas et ils ne répondent pas au téléphone. En espérant revenir et en obtenir cette entrée, car je craaaave de kebbeh depuis longtemps… Sinon très bon service continuez comme ça

Good food to eat once in a while, chicken and beef could be a bit more tender and less dry. The rice could be less oily but that’s just my opinion. All similar restos as in Amir have the same kind of oily rice and I never end up eating it. Overall it is good, thanks!

Honestly speaking, this is the first time at a restaurant where my food was as bad as the customer service. A part from the rude workers, the food couldn’t stand out. The chicken felt like cardboard.
Honestly I’m not the one to bash restaurants but you may want to think twice before coming here.

Excellent service, super bon. Toutefois, j'avais commandé des pitas shish taouk et reçu au shawarma. Mais, c'était très bon pareil.:)

J'ai commandé sur place 2 assiettes au poulet, patates, pas du riz et salade fatouche (+3$ ajouté à la caisse) et à la maison j'ai trouvé dans le sac une assiette correcte et l'autre avec du riz, salade de choux et viande mixte, donc ils sont pour rien 4-5 personnes dernière le comptoir, ils ne font pas attention à ce qu'ils mettent dans le sac du client. Déjà que je ne suis pas allée depuis longtemps là à cause que je trouve qu'on met pas assez de poulet dans l'assiette comparé à d'autres restaurants similaires et les morceaux de poulet sont très noirs, à partir de maintenant je vais oublier ce restaurant, on trouve plusieurs de ce genre à Laval. Désolé pour le client qui s'est retrouvé avec ma commande quand il voulait lui aussi autre chose.

DO NOT GO THERE! I ate a tabouleh (salad) plate around 8h30pm and I got FOOD POISONING! I threw up ALL the tabouleh and I was very sick!
For your sake, I really really really DON'T RECOMMEND this place and I will never in my entire life eat from there anymore! They can't even keep their salad fresh! I know for a fact that it was food poisoning because it's the only thing I ate for supper that day, and it's all I threw up! I wish I could rate way less than 1 star. This restaurant should BE CLOSED!

I had the worse experience. Asked them for rice the guy says rice is not ready. I asked them for two pitas and just gave me one. I was waiting at the counter for my order the two guys working didnt even care as if I did not even exist. Not good customer service. And I heard one of them calling me maskeen (poor) perhaps they are the ones maskeen. Totally unacceptable.

Worst service ever. The bold with a cap and the fat guys didn't understand a word in French or English bhahaha lol

You probably should try the Pierre special. I haven't personnally tried it, but I've only heard great things about it.

They charged me extra for tabouleh because I asked it as a remplacement instead of lettuce and tomatoes, , barely any garlic and coriander on the potatoes. Hardly any chicken they gave me the crumbs, and your prices are not competitive at all. I did get back 2$ for the tabouleh but I got half a bowl. I am extremely disappointed. The garlic and humus should be put in separate containers. Please review your plates and prices. Vous tam was much better before.

Assiette de falafels: les falafel étaient très très sec. Le cuisinier les a même mit au micro-onde devant moi. Pas super côté fraîcheur.
Par contre la plate de shawarma poulet était bon.

Super bon un peu trop généreux avec la sauce piquante mais ce n'est pas le cas habituellement c parfait

Service isn’t great. Very slow service and they seem to be disorganized with how they work. But the food is delicious. They give a pretty decent portion size for the plates. And the potatoes and garlic sauce is definitely the best thing on their menu.

Mild food poisoning an hour after eating a tasteless shawarma dish.the lack of hygiene is palpable

Habituellement c’est très bon. Par contre, ma dernière commande fut très décevante. Pas de sauce dans mon pita et donc très sec. On me dit que c’est un extra de 2$ pour avoir de la sauce à l’intérieur? La poutine est d’habitude excellente, mais elle était froide et les patates étaient encore congelées et genre 6 morceaux de fromage.je suis déçue de mon expérience. Par contre, le pita vegan est vraiment bon. Je vais essayer une dernière fois.

J'ai commandé en ligne pour aller ramasser. Sur le site de la commande c'est annoncé qu'il vont livre à ta voiture.
Nous avions indiquer tel que demander dans la note le modéle et la couleur du véhicule pour 17h30. Une fois sur place attente à l'extérieur tel que convenu personne est venu. Finalement il a fallu rentré et un livreur nous a indiquer où aller et de couper la ligne des clients qui attendent pour commander. Finalement notre commande à été récupéré à 18h. La nourriture commençait a détremper. Corriger votre site de commamde car c'est faux la livraison à l'auto.

Honestly this is the BESTTTT spot! I don’t tolerate garlic too well but i never feel sick after eating from here. Everything is always fresh and delicious & they never make a mistake with my order. I don’t eat from anywhere else except from this specific restaurant and location.

J'ai commandé en ligne pour un pick up a 17h30. Sur le site il indique que la livraison se fait à la voiture si on l'indique dans la note. Modèle de voiture et couleur. Je suis arrivé à 17h25 j 'ai attendu plusieurs minutes. J'ai essayé de vous téléphoner 2 fois pas de réponse. Beaucoup de gens attendais en ligne je suis donc rentré et pour attendre en ligne. Finalement j'ai demandé à un livreur qui sortait où je devais aller pour ma commande et il ma dit c'est au comptoir des livreurs. J'ai eu ma commande a 18h. Tout cela c'est passé dans le portique les mesures de distanciation ne sont pas du tout appliquer et votre site web devrait être MODIFIER pour les mauvaises info de livraison.

I was a dedicated boustan fan until yesterday when they mess up my order, then i call them and they didn't want to refund me, or send me another plate, two different person talk to me on the phone and they was not customer friendly at all, the second one start yell at the phone, and bring back the fact that the customer is king so he is force to give me a good service! The food is great, but the customer service is a big ZERO, i order and buy here alsmot 4 time by month, and the only thing good about them is the food! So i will not buy from thus one anymore and maybe from the all franchises at all, SO disappointed!

Tout les employés du Boustan travail avec leurs masque sous le nez.littéralement tout le monde. Caissière celui qui fair les pita ceux en arrière. Je trouve ca dégoutant honnêtement.

Service and food were great! Although he men's washroom could of used a bit of TLC. Other than that an enjoyable meal and visit by the family for a quick supper.

Nourriture extraordinaire, prix trees compétitifs, et endroit super beau et bien entretenu. C'est comme un resto, à prix de bistro. Je rêve le jour où j'y retournerai!

Ça m'a pris 15 min pour avoir une petite assiette de patate. Le monsieur s'en foutait de moi et il prenait son temps en parlant avec son ami. Lorsque je l'ai demandé si je peux payer, car je suis pressé, il m'a crié dessus en me demandant d'être patient. Pourtant il n'y avait pas de client en avant de moi. Très déçu de ce service, Dernière fois que j'y vais là.

I was eager to find out whether Boustan's expansion meant a compromise in the exceptionally high quality I'd enjoyed for many years from the original location on Crescent and visited this location. I was delighted to find that the same shawarma I knew and loved had followed Boustan with it to the 450. Shokram!

One of my favorites Lebanese fast food chain. Boustan never disappoints! In my honest opinion they serve the best quality compared to other similar restaurants and their items are always served fresh
