Restaurant Coq-O-Bec

I stop by to gas and got us a Poutine with chicken and it was delicious!
Plus the girl in the front was a doll and I got smiles from the kitchen such good vibe and delicious for real. Keep it up guys

Food is excellent but delivery is very slow. I once ordered and found gray hair in the meal (unacceptable) and when I called back I was told they will take note, no offer of a replacement meal or a credit. Love their food but attitude towards customer service really falls short

Si je pouvais donner 0 je le ferais sans hésitation. J’ai commandé une poutine avec la sauce à côté. J’ai reçu ma commande après 1h30 d’attente. Lorsque la poutine est arrivée, elle etait « soggy ». J’ai appelé le restaurant pour leur mentionner que ce n’était pas normal et que je voudrais qu’on me renvoie une autre poutine. Celle qui me répond au téléphone me mentionne que c’est dommage mais il y’a rien qu’elle puisse faire. Qu’ils sont débordés et que ce n’est pas important. Je lui mentionne que la poutine est littéralement immangeable et que j’habite a 5 min du restaurant. Celle ci me mentionne que finalement ce n’est pas leur problème, de m’arranger mais qu’ils y’a rien a faire concernant la situation. TRES MAUVAIS SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS UN TEL RESTAURANT

Les frites goûtent mauvais, le poulet est sec et fade. Pour 25 $ à 2, autant aller au Mac Do de l’autre côté de la rue, ce sera de la malbouffe pareille mais au moins ça goûtera bon

It a real shame, this restaurant is good but there delivery service sucks. They’re late 80% of the time. When I work and wish to order from them, it does not matter what shift I work (day, night, or weekends) there never on time. I only get 30min to eat and they are late 10 to 20 min. I even ask them to arrive at a specific time, it doesn’t help. Like I said I a shame the food is good here when I am not in a rush to eat but it hard to trust them when I need to order for work

Mauvais service! Manque de professionnalisme! Après une attente de 1h15 ils ont cancellé notre demande de livraison. Plus jamais! Appellez une autre compagnie de livraison.

Aucune complaisance lors de la coupure générale le 9 avril. J'arrive au comptoir pour une commande et la fille derrière, manque totalement de professionnalisme me disant sèchement qu'ils ne font plus rien. PLUS JAMAIS!
