Restaurant La Belle Province Lasalle

Malgré mes nombreuses tentatives, il n'y a pas un asti de chat qui m'a répondu en français. Je suis bilingue mais aux dernières nouvelles, le Québec est encore une province francophone.

This is what a real Belle pro is about, staff is great, french fry guy is generous with the fries. Easy parking as well.

La belle province est toujours une valeur sûre pour le fast food. Je suis un fan des pitas là-bas!

Je n'irai plu là, c'est certain. Un mauvais accueuil, malheureusement. Sa change beaucoup l'atmosphère, Surtout si vous mangez sur place.
La poutine n'était pas aussi bonne et le prix est énorme.

La dame au comptoir: un vrai glaçon.
Éviter la viande fumée, j ai passé la soirée au toilet.

Aucun sourire à la caisse. On dérange? Frites dures et saucisse hot dog dure et froide. Tables, planchers, portes d’entrée.et toilettes, archi salles. Vraiment désolant. Le pire resto belle Province visitée.

I just read the comment about the lady at the counter is an « ice cube » and I have the same feedback if we’re referring to the same older lady. She actually reminds me not to go eat here. Her expression and attitude screams « I hate my job and having to serve you people!  » or « I don’t care or understand the concept of Customer Service ». However there is a young guy that sometimes works the kitchen and the cash and he’s very nice with great attitude and make you feel welcomed. Because of him, your other hard working staff and your food I give you 3 star. I would go more often if I didn’t have to deal with the cold lady.
Owners, the person taking the order is most of the time the only person we get to interact with and this reflects directly on your reputation and customer service satisfaction. I understand that you’re not the Ritz-Carlton but I’m saying this because I actually like to visit your place with my kids and wished that it was an overall better experience. Thanks for reading)

Hot dog was delicious but the guy who was making my order wasn’t wearing any gloves and had long nail it was disgusting. I hope they will take that into consideration.

Great food and low prices. Huge amount of fries. Great variety of food choices. Need to fix the hand dryer.

We go here for dinner mostly, the staff is amazing the night crew knows and remembers us and is always friendly and welcoming.

The food is good and they really take care to listen to customers needs I would recommend this as a late night stop to anyone and everyone.

Update: The fries are back! I repeat! The fries are back!

I’ve been going to this place for years! What happened to the fries? The poutine is inedible, the fries taste undercooked or something; bring back the golden greasy goodness! If it changes back, I’ll change to a positive review, but for now, I’m crushed!

Ordered a burger and poutine. Burger was over cooked and bun was dry and hard. Poutine was good. This place used to be much better but lately the fod quality went down. Service was good.

La livraison est arrivée super vite par le livreur DoorDash, la poutine de la Belle Province de 8201 Newman est tellement bonne, à n'importe quel moment de votre journée cette poutine vous fera redonner plaisir à vous et votre estomac! Franchement, le sous-marin au boeuf et pepperoni est délicieux le mélange viande/sauce est une parfaite combinaison! Je donne la note de 5 étoiles au Bellepros, bravo pour vos heures d'ouvertures et votre service à la communauté de LaSalle! This franchise is probably the best Belle Pros out there. Ordered a Hamburger+Poutine+Drink Trio on UberEats. Their hamburger is a little dry but with the toppings, you'll barely notice. The best part was the poutine. I've never been served poutine with this much cheese curds, and they squeak (it means that the cheese is fresh). Totally recommend this place, generous portions!

I get that it's late, we ordered 3 hotdogs and one smoked meat sandwich. The dressings were indicated on the order and the receipt attached to the order. However, they all came bare. I call the restaurant, they apologize and encouraged that I get a refund thru doordash. Just sad

Very disappointed, I have been along time customer. But last night went for our weekly poutine and sub and the cashier short changed me 5$. When I showed them, the told me they had to check the camera at the end of the night. They couldn’t give me my money. Took my number. As I expected no call, no money. Be careful folks. Check your change before she closes cash. I will not return. I will go to the one now!

This is my go to Belle Pros hands down, I have 4 Belle to choose from none comes close to quality and quantity. On a very rare occasion I'll receive a messed order but we all have one of those days.

Clean and well organized. I got a promotion and I was surprise of the size of the. Gentle and friendly service.

As for fast food and especially for a late night craving, this place is the best in LaSalle. Delicious burgers, hot dogs, a classic and Italian style poutine - available also with smoked meat, are all good options. But what surprises you is their souvlaki pitas - exceptionally good and filling.

My roommate ordered me Labelle cause of pregnancy cravings, I've been obsessed with pickles lately and they didn't have on their menu but I asked in the order notes and they sent a very cute message along with 2 pickles I cried very hard it was very sweet thank you

Commande par UBER chez belle pro lasalle (newman)

Pas recu ma commande faite 4 erreures dans une commande de 32$ (dont un extra poutine xtra fromages CHARGÉ $$$ mais pas reçu) donc 6$ payé dans le vide. Meme pas eu mon brevages et pas d’ustenciles fournies quand demandé

J’appelle pour indiquer LES erreures, ils me disent d’appeler UBER.c’est EUX qui ont fait la commande UBER la livre mais le sac de commande c’est la belle pro qui l’a faite! Me repondent qu’ils peuvent rien faire

The food tasted great as usual, but the fries and the hot-dog sausage were kinda merely room-temperature warm, not hot, and the poutine cheese didn't melt so I think the sauce wasn't warm enough either.

This LaBelle province on Newman cooks the best smoked meat sandwich in town; perfect fries too! At least three daytime staff and one walk-in client (Nov 7) and one evening staff (Nov. 3) wear their mask below their nose. Me and my relative walked out Nov 7 lunch hour without ordering due to lack of mask compliance enforcement in the establishment's staff and customers.

This place sold us awfully rotten smelling hotdogs with grey spots on them. Very dirty and unsanitary place. Avoid this restaurant to avoid food poisoning.

Very fast! It is ready in two minutes! The taste is similar to other restaurants of this chain.

They don't talk french. Fries are good, burgers are good too. The hot-dog are they're most appreciated items tho:)

Allez sur La belle province sur Lafleur et évitez Newman, c'est moins chère et la portion est plus grande!
J'ai dit de mettre moins de sauce dans la poutine, ils ont mis une tonne! Ce n'est pas la soupe-poutine que j'ai commandé!

En plus, à ce prix là! Exagéré!

La Belle Province has always been a go to spot for Quebec’s classic dishes like smoked meat, hot-dogs and poutine! My family and I have been coming to the LaSalle location for years, their customer service is top notch, the food is superior to other locations and the restaurant is among the cleanest I’ve been to. If you haven’t been here yet, it is worth the drive from anywhere in the city. 5 stars, keep up the great work!

Good hot dogs and fries + poutine etc.
Also great place for breakfast at reasonable prices compared to the Breakfast Speciality restaurant.

Good food. Not expensive. Perfect for late night snacks since its open until 1am. The italian poutine is delicious.

We barely just paid and our order was already in front of us. Great customer service. Welcoming, fast and efficient.

I come here 2x a week. Easily the best place to go to for great fries and great service. The guys here are super nice amd go above and beyond to make my kid feel special (fist bumps, jokes etc.)

I've never had a bad experience here. The only wait time is due to my socializing with the staff. It doesn't matter what time you go, the fries are always fresh - no refry to warm up old ones.

Can't beat price either. 2 burgers for $5 amd a small fry (which is more than enough for 2 adults). Tax in it's less than $10

Staff looks angry all the time. They never smile.like they hate their job or something. Feeling unwelcoming all the time. Place doesn't look clean all the time. Dark environment.

The cashier wasn't very engaging when I tried being friendly. Actually both.mu son and I. I also found that they either need to where gloves or wah their hands when handling food. They picked up the hot dogs with their hands as well as the cheese for the poutine.

This place is terrible yes it's clean the food somewhere okay it has gotten worse in the last year but the service is definitely not worth going you had two ladies I cook I went there was very simple smoked meat sandwich too hot dogs cry with a pretend and they couldn't get the smoke we probably didn't make the put in properly David messed up on the heart. So definitely I suggest that if you're looking for a little bell that's in what sound do not go to the one on 1st Street it's not worth your money is not worth the whiskey go to the La Belle on Newman definitely hard times better

Don't get me wrong I love le Belle province usually but this location food was disgusting the poutine was extremely salty and the hot dog buns were super soggy never again

Compared to other la belle province restaurants this was pretty disappointing. Food was bland and portions were way smaller.

If you like fast food this spot has fast! Food. The workers are polite and the food is decent for the price you're paying. I always have good and fast service when I go here.

Sincerely thought better. And the workers touching everything withouth gloves. While cleaning touching food
