Restaurant Le Bistro Montebello

We stayed up the road at Parc Omega and ventured here for dinner one night. They opened at 4pm and we had 4pm reservations but didn't get seated until closer to 415-420. Not a big deal, they were still getting set up and are obviously a very popular restaurant. Once seated, the staff was friendly and attentive. My wife got the butternut squash soup of the day, we shared mozzarella sticks, I got the Bistro Poutine and my son got their wood-fired vegetarian pizza. We were all more than happy with our meals, everything was delicious, flavorful and well portioned. Prices were a little on the higher side, but I'm ok with that when you're also getting quality tasting foods. Presentation was good as well. If we are back in town we will definitely be back.

J'ai commandé une pizza fruit de mer croûte épaisse. Comment vous dire c'est l'une des meilleures pizza que j'ai mangé. En plus ils utilisent un four à bois.

On our way back from Mont Tremblant, we stopped here for our dinner. The place is very packed on weekends, calling ahead to book book a table is recommended.
The foods were amazing we had the duck leg and 4 cheese pizza. The portions were huge and the staff were friendly. However because of the crowd, things might get slow.
My only complain was that the tables were tiny and the place was slightly congested and the salad was a bit too sweet for my liking.

I ordered the mushroom ravioli with an addition of chicken. It was AMAZING. Definitely a must try. Paired with the garlic bread, it was a perfect meal. This is hands-down a must try restaurant in Montebello!

Honestly DELICIOUS food. We had two pizzas- HIGHLY recommend. Service was good, the space was large and nicely decorated. Make a reservation! It was a Tuesday night and absolutely packed!

5 of us went there for lunch on Saturday. The service was very slow and 4 out of 5 of the meals were not great. This included their Thai Salad with Salmon, Fondant Brie, Veggie Burger and Mediterranean Pizza. We will never go back.

High turnover, understaffed and low quality of care. Building and grounds are lovely but do not make up for personal shortages and climate of neglect.

Food and service was excellent, and the place is cozy. It took them a while to serve our dishes since we were 7, but overall, it deserves the starts.

Bon service, belle ambiance! La nourriture était correcte: poutine, fish & chips, soupe à l'oignon gratinée et pizza (avec croute sans gluten). Pour ceux avec des intolérances alimentaires, qui mangent sans gluten ou que ne mangent pas certains aliments: la croute sans gluten était excellente et la cuisine a fait quelques modifications à mon repas (à ma demande) sans problème!

Excellent experience delicious food enjoyable entertainment, although hot due to having no ac. Menu is affordable and we all enjoyed our meals would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Sometimes there may be a wait but it is entirely worth it. Other establishments in the area are expensive with sub par food, trust us when we say eat here and only here if you leave the fairmont

Simply put, superb. You can’t go wrong going to this amazing spot. Keep in mind to always call ahead and book or you have to wait or risk not being able to find a table at peak times. All the food is awesome. Pizza is famous but we tried pizza at their sister restaurant the day before and we decided to try other stuff on the menu. One word, “Magnifique”.

We visit Le Bistro last Thursday for 8pm dinner service. Food was very delicious and on point. Nice ambiance and vibe.

Très bonne place où s'arrêter à Montebello. L'ambiance est agréable, les services efficace et convivial. Les salades repas sont délicieuses et les portions sont bonnes. Mon petit bémol c'est la tarte au citron qui m'a semblé un peu industriel au goût, mais ça reste quand même très bien.

We made a reservation for dinner, but when we arrived it was closed. There was a sign that said, closed Monday August 16 and Tuesday August 17. We did not receive a call or email to say that they were canceling our reservation to give their staff a break. We were extremely disappointed, especially because it was too late to make a reservation elsewhere.

Excellente nourriture, service amical, courtois et professionnel. Steak frite excellent, bien goûteux avec une sauce onctueuse qui complète bien la viande. Frites maisons très bonnes! Pizza excellente aussi, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Pâte très bonne, épaisse et garnitures généreuses. Desserts tout aussi délicieux. Bonne carte des vins, avec de très bon choix abordables.

Fantastic pizza (everything is made from scratch) and great service in a very clean and inviting environment. There is also plenty of free parking directly across the road. I highly recommend this restaurant, but be sure to make reservations in advance as it fills up quickly! It is also just a few minutes from Parc Omega! Will definitely visit again!

Delicious pizza! Cool vibe, although the music selection didn't "match" the bistro vibe. Still decent tunes I guess. No wait time, bilingual staff.

Super service. Accueil chaleureux et plats savoureux. J'ai goûté au canard (excellent) ainsi qu'au riz avec les crevettes (très bon aussi), mais j'aurais aimé que la portion de riz soit plus généreuse.

La madame était un peu malcommode à l'avant pour les commandes, mais sinon ça vaut le détour pour leur excellente pizza!

Excellent restaurant familial. Fabuleuse pizza. Le rapport qualité-prix du menu du jour est très bon. Rien de super sophistiqué, mais inventif, frais et très bien exécuté. Service rapide et courtois.

We had supper (takeout due to COVID) from Le Bistro two nights this week during our stay at the Château Montebello. The foie gras poutine was indeed as wonderful as the reviews promised! The Lewis Reserve pizza was exceptional - rich, complex flavours, generous toppings on top of a delicious wood-fired crust. Wow! The salads were very fresh (ask for your dressing on the side), and the tarte Rolo (chocolate pie with caramel whipped cream) was very good. We ordered it both nights. The chicken main was kind of bland and short of veggies, though, and it and the add-on salmon steak for the salad were overdone and a bit dry. But all in all, a great alternative to the hotel's pricey and very limited room service menu.

Je vous recommande leur pizza au four à bois! De plus, le menu est varié et plaira à tous. C'est un endroit où on aime se rassembler en famille.

Fantastic Food, variety of dishes, very flavorful and very evident of great Quebec cuisine. Above all, the most important thing (for our stay at a hotel nearby) was that the restaurant offered Free and Punctual delivery to the hotel front desk. I was impressed and very grateful for the excellent service and variety of lunch/dinner dishes.

The pizza had a lot of potential, wood fire ovens, a good base, however the cheese blend, along with what tasted like packages sauce brought this right down in my review. Really low quality ingredients, what I would expect on a frozen pizza.

As we walked in, someone told us that we would have an amazing meal and boy was he right. Waitresses are incredibly friendly, and food was absolutely delicious. Had the duck confit and it melted in my mouth. Will become a regular spot when we're in Montebello

Honestly, best pizza I have had in years and years, wow! Am literally considering doing a close to 3 hour round trip drive.just to go back!
