Nous venons de terminer un délicieux moment à ce resto. Le service est super, il mérite infailliblement les 5 étoiles. Ils sont vraiment super!
Nous avons apprécié les plats, l’ambiance et surtout le professionnalisme et le dévouement des serveurs, l’audace et l’originalité des chefs! On reviendra avec plaisir. Mathieu est discret mais oh combien serviable et gentil! Merci à chacun et à Éloi particulièrement.

Le Carré ne se contente pas seulement de délectables mets, mais compte également sur une équipe exceptionnelle. Mathieu, le barman, jongle avec les cocktails comme un magicien avec ses tours, créant des potions magiques qui enchantent nos palais. Et que dire d'Eloi, le serveur au charme irrésistible? Sa dextérité à manier les plateaux équivaut à une danse gracieuse, tout en gardant un sourire contagieux. Une mention spéciale s'impose également pour l'équipe en cuisine, où l'art culinaire atteint des sommets grâce aux talents de Joey, Alex et Cam. Le trio magique en cuisine complète parfaitement l'expérience inoubliable qu'offre Le Carré.

Nous avons récemment célébré la fête de mon amie dans ce restaurant, et l'expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Le service était impeccable, avec des serveurs attentifs et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ils ont vraiment pris soin de nous pendant toute la soirée, ce qui a contribué à rendre la fête mémorable. Un endroit que je recommande vivement pour une soirée réussie! La nourriture était excellente et que dire de leurs desserts? Chaque bouchée était une explosion de saveurs délicieuses et une véritable œuvre d'art sucrée.

This restaurant is a gem, hiding away in downtown MTL. Amazing food, ingredients are so fresh, best fish and chips I ever have.

Tonight was the best dinner and service I’ve had in ages. The cauliflower made me swoon and the guys just went the extra mile for everything. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Nous avons réservé en ligne, très pratique. Alex, très sympathique hôte, nous a accueilli et s'est occupé de mettre nos vêtements et sacs au vestiaire. La musique était agréable et le volume au parfait niveau. L'ambiance est très chaleureuse et l'espace entre les tables suffisant. Nous avons mangé l'entrée de calmar et du pain chaud nous a été servi en accompagnement. Pour ma part j'ai eu le tartare de thon et ma conjointe la salade César aux crevettes. Les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés et à la bonne température. Nous avons conclus avec des desserts succulents. Alex avait même une suggestion pour mon épouse intolérante aux produits laitiers. Ils ont de la bière avec et sans alcool pour satisfaire tous les besoins. Le prix est proportionnel à la qualité de l'expérience que ce petit restaurant vous fera vivre.

Difficile à décrire le niveau culinaire, juste incroyablement bon! Le service, impeccable, ambiance chill et moderne, un must absolue!

Le gérant de salle est une catastrophe. Arrogance et mépris de l’accueil à la note. Ne pensez pas prendre une consommation ou deux au bar, voir une bouteille de vin dans notre cas, on vous répondra sèchement qu’il faut absolument manger sous prétexte que le restaurant a un permis de restauration (et non de bar).

Ainsi, nous aurons sélectionné quelques entrées pour encourager la rudesse du gestionnaire, son attitude complaisante nettement plus mémorable que les plats.

La serveuse a du se fondre en excuse devant le comportement de son supérieur tellement le mal aise était palpable.

Superbe ambiance, le repas était délicieux et nous avons eu un service exceptionnel de la part de Frédéric! Très belle soirée!

I had a beautiful experience the wait staff was very friendly and made sure our table had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the presentation was just as good. Don’t hesitate to try this place out the ambiance is great too

I’ve had such an amazing time at Le Carré. The staff was so professional and friendly, it made all the difference. There’s no doubt about it, they care for each and every customer that walks through the door.

Just happened to stumble upon this restaurant after the placed I originally went to wouldn't seat us in an empty restraint citing filled with reservations.

My friend and I went to Le Carré and had a very enjoyable delicious meal! The atmosphere was very nice inside. The staff were some of the nicest people I've encountered during my entire trip to Montreal

James was a tremendous host, bartender, server and conversationalist. He gave great recommendations on the food and drinks at the restaurants and later on gave great recommendations on places to go to when I asked about food I planned on bringing home. All around, very nice restaurant with great prices!

James made the experience fantastic with his friendly personality and incredibly positive attitude.

10 outta 10 would recommend and will visit again my next trip to Montreal.

Our group of six had an amazing dinning experience at Restaurant Le Carré. The ambiance inside was beautiful & elegant, which carried through to each and every plate. Our server Marc-André was very personable and informative and made our experience at Le Carré that much more enjoyable. All the dishes from the appetizers to mains to deserts were throughly enjoyed. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Montreal!

Excellent restaurant with a great environment. Both the service and food were incredible, my girlfriend was more than happy that I brought her here for her birthday. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Grilled octopus & vegetables is very popular, although all the presentations look appetizing. A bit pricey, but it's worth it.

J'ai tenté à 2 reprises d'y aller, alors que je résidais à l'hôtel.

La première fois, vers 20h30, le maître d'hôtel a sèchement et cavalièrement dit: ''trop tard, j'ai renvoyé mes cuisiniers''. Ensuite un midi, même accueil cavalier, avec l;a réplique suivante: ''vous n'aviez qu'à réserver''.

Ce genre de réponse va fonctionner, tant que la place est pleine, mais vous ne m'y reverrai ^plus même si j'ai à retourner à l'hôtel. La Brasserie Henri de l'hôtel Birks est drôlement plus professionnelle.

We were a table for three. The place is small and cozy ; but fluid and épuré. Beautiful ambiance (not too loud). It felt like we were personnaly beeing received into a home. Very welcoming. Frederic, Alexander and James treated us like Queens. Quality of service 5 we had 5 entrees and 2 main dishes, 2 deserts, bubbles a bottlenof great wine and teo truly tasteful capuccinos. Seriously, i would have paid two fold the amount of my bill. Our favourites were: tuna tartare, the CARPACCIO DE BOEUF, the
PIEUVRE GRILLÉE, PÂTES FRAÎCHES VÉGÉTARIENNE and the PÂTES FRAÎCHES VÉGÉTARIENNE. Don’t get me wrong, we loved it all. And complimentary shooter tomfinish off the night. We will definately return

Went for a work event and they were very accommodating. Beautiful space and plating as well. We ordered a few entrees: shrimp (amazing), burrata, charred broccoli and carpaccio. I got the steak for the main and it was well cooked.
