The last 2 years I’ve been organizing a Christmas party at work and have been ordering from Paulo and Suzanne. We work on the overnight shift. Alexia and her staff have been very pleasant to work with. I made an order for 50 people and asked them how I wanted it prepared and they did exactly that. Alexia was there to answer all my questions. She is a sweetheart. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Food was great and the service was good too.
I appreciate all the work they have done to help me make my Christmas supper a success.

Ordered delivery and got two poutines. Poutine#1 had chicken and fried onions and Poutine#2 had bacon and sausages and another meat. Poutine #2 was great! Good sauce to cheese to filling ratio. Unfortunately Poutine#1 was very, very, very, dry. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on it. Only the top layer. Other than that it was great! Big portions so we’ll worth the price.

A staple Québec landmark for easy going casse-croûte! The only restaurant that serves good fast meals 24/7. Small joint, great food, fast service!

I had the traditional pepper sauce poutine. It was very good. It is interesting that they have two types of gravy for people who like BBQ gravy ot traditional brown gravy. Well done!

Sérieusement je suis venue un dimanche en soirée pour commander pour apporter. J’ai commandé une salade grecque et un hotdog tout ce qui a de plus simple et j’ai attendu plus que 30 minutes devant a l’extérieur. Il y a un gars qui est arrivé après moi et qui a commandé des poutines et il a attendu au moins 20 minutes et même lui m’a dit ayoye si je reçois mes poutines avant ta salade il y a vraiment un problème. Et le gars a tout reçu avant moi. Genre je comprend que vous pouvez être occupé et qu’en plus vous servez tous les uber et doordash avant les clients, mais quand même attendre plus que 30 minute pour une salade et un hotdog ça ne fait aucun sens. Je suis sortie de loin pour cette salade mais cest la dernière fois que je met mes pieds ici. Pis votre service à la clientèle un gros 0. Surtout celle qui est petite de taille avec les cheveux bruns. Ps après qu’on m’a servit ma salade après 30 minutes on me dit que mon hotdog s’en vient dans 4 minutes. Franchement un gros 0 pour tout.

This place is like heaven on earth for people who adore poutine. Especially if you can't decide between getting a poutine or a burger. They have two kind of poutine "le diabolique " and " Burger Extreme " it's a burger inside a Poutine. The portion are huge and the price is reasonable. Both poutine in the photo are 17$ each incl tax. This place is open 24h/7, but it's a small place and only take cash. I'd recommend if you're looking for a good, fatty poutine anytime day or night! Also, their burgers are soo delicious.

AMAZING PLACE! 24h with no menu change so if you work nights and want a crepe at 3pm this is the place!

Waited 30 to 45 minutes for my order. My order was a regular poutine. I don't understand how it took so long to just receive my order. The worst part is I called in advance. The lady told me it will take 5 minutes. Customer service "to go" is horrible.

Friendly family restaurant with good food and generous portion. Good price and value. This is our poutine go to place whenever we visit Montreal.

Came here late at night (around 2AM) and was pleasantly surprised by how good this place was. They made the poutine was made fresh and on the spot. The gravy they use is vegetarian gravy so that was a plus. The cheese curds were squeaky and the fries were also tasty. Would def come back here for a late night snack, and would recommend to anyone looking to fulfill their poutine craving.

If you dont mjnd spicy, i recommend the Diabolic, poutine with a beautiful angus burger smoothered in the middle of it.
This is one of those places you could eat from every night if your arteries can take it.
Expect to wait 20 minute's for your order. They arent slow, they are just that busy with delivery orders, because it's really good food.

C'est un excellent restaurant, le service est très bien, la nourriture aussi mais par contre la seule chose qui est dommage c'est qui manque dans le menue plus de choix variété végétarien.

Service impeccable Poutine plus que généreuse. Les frites sont excellentes. Dans le genre, ce restaurant dans l'ensemble, est très bien géré. Les autres restaurateurs devraient y prendre exemple!

A 10: 30AM c’est cool de pouvoir dîner. Très gros menu. J’ai hâte d’y retourner pour goûter à autre chose. Plus de bacon et steak que de frites dans la poutine. Très nourrissant. Ouvert 24 h avec terrasse. Grosse portion. Nous laisse les couverts de nos plats car ils savent qu’on en aura trop et qu’on va emporter le reste car c’est délicieux. C’est ce qu’on a fait. Et je l’ai mangée mon restant, plus tard. Pas juste emportée.

Un endroit simple et convivial. La serveuse connaît ses clients et traite les nouveaux comme si elle nous co naissait déjà. Dejeuner super bon et généreux. Il faut savoir que nous devons payer en argent, mieux vaut le savoir avant. Rien pour m'empêcher d'y retourner.

20 min à attendre dehors avant de commander, une fois à l'intérieur on attend encore, au moment de commander, on se fait répondre "ON PREND JUSTE DU CASH" Bravo, c'est fini après tellement d'années, écrivez à l'extérieur, juste ça à faire.

La photo ne décrit pas bien le plat probablement mais la petite sauce mayonnaise épicée donne un goût très bon à la piscine. Je donne un 5 étoiles mais il faut comprendre que c'est un 5 étoiles pour le type de restaurant. Alors si vous voulez du bon fast-food l'adresse vaut la peine d'être visité

Mon hamburger de luxe était excellent et les frites-maison tout autant. Attention à la propreté; les tables extérieures n'étaient pas nettoyées régulièrement et la seule poubelle débordait!

First place to try after arrived in the city based on a friend recommendation and I wasn't disappointed.

Burger is so delicious and worth a try. We did order Paolo burger and champi burger and no complaints.

It is very at night (we went Friday night) so expect longer than usual wait time.

My husband used to take me here over 7 years ago and I absolutely love it!
Then we moved to Toronto and poutine there is just not the same.

Recently we came down to Montreal to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday since the province was starting to open up and my husband and I made an agreement that we absolutely need to pass by Paulo & Suzanne’s!

During our stay of 3 weeks, we went 3 times lol.

Our go to is BBO Poutine! It is our absolute favourite. I normally get the medium. It is super filling and big portions. Normally I can’t finish that much food, but when I have their poutine, my bowl is completely clean!

Absolutely delicious and we prefer this place over La Banquise!

Super bonne bouffe de style casse-croûte! La sauce BBQ est un peu sucrée, je l’ai adorée! Mon burger au boeuf était super bon, la viande était très tendre et juteuse! L’image n’est pas représentative. Bien content de cette découverte.

La bouffe est bonne mais le service un peu moins. C'est vrai que c'était occupé lots de notre passage, un bonjour et un sourire aurait été le minimum.

Je crois qu'ils ont profité du Covid pour diminuer la portion de leur assiette (Burger Exrême & Le Diabolique) considérablement.très décevant. Ils servent dorénavant leur plat dans des assiettes jetables, mais ça n'a rien à voir avec les portions d'avant

C'est super dommage, car ils ont une bonne réputation et le restaurant se démarque parmi toute la ville

Je vous conseille d'attendre qu'ils re servent les plats avec l'ancienne méthode avant d'y retourner!

Bonne portion, frites très bonnes, sur cette photo il y a un extra fromage (2.99$), par chance car je l’aurais cherché! Sauce classique bbq qui manque un peu de punch, reste une poutine tout de même bonne.

Nous sommes venus souvent, partant de loin, au fil des années, mais après l’expérience désastreuse de ce soir, c’est fini. L’employée qui prenait les commandes avait un air incroyablement bête et portait son masque sous le menton, comme les deux autres filles aux commandes. En cuisine, aucun employé n’avait de masque, RIEN. L’attente a été beaucoup trop longue pour 2 simples poutines, qui étaient franchement mauvaises de surcroît (sauce insipide, frites amères, bacon mince comme du papier de soie et presque cru). Pour finir, pendant qu’on mangeait, de la musique s’est mise à jouer à tue-tête en provenance des cuisines. Nous aimions bien l’endroit; c’est maintenant minable. Plus jamais.

Wow ça c'est des plats incroyable, j'ai jamais été aussi satisfaite à 4h du matin. La salade de chou est sèche mais quand même onctueuse malgré la sécheresse! Le cornichon avait une forme drôlement parfaite! Est-ce que la sauce bbq a de la gélatine à l'intérieur? Sinon merci pour le beau service (:

I love this restaurant! I often order from there for delivery and the food is always so fresh! The burgers are GREAT! The Spaghetti is delicious! The pancakes as well and the poutines, yum! Honestly everything I have tried there so far has been very tasty.

Il y a clairement une lacune au niveau du service
La livraison est clairemenr prioritaire.

J'ai l'impression d'avoir reçu des miettes de frites toutes noires. La Poutine était sec (pas assez de sauce) Le service à la clientèle est médiocre. Pas une belle expérience ce jour.

Super bon, service tres rapide et courtois. La nourriture est bonne et différent. Le prix est raisonnable. Le hic il y a tres peu de place et on est tasser.il y a une seule toilette. Et c est tres achalander et tres populaire. C est bon signe que c est bon.

Je suis aller hier pour manger les super déjeuner. Cetais bon sans plus. La poutine est vraiment délicieuse. Ce matin je suis aller chez egg-spectation. Les dejeuner etait tout simplement magique. Alors paulo suzanne merite 4 etoiles parcequil est ouvert 24/7 et pour leur poutine délicieuse. Le reste est ordinaire. Les serveuses sont extraordinaire!

If you know what you’re getting into, its perfect. No-frills, late night snack place. Good selection of classic Québécois foods such as poutines, sandwiches etc. Also good american style breakfasts. Especially known for its late night eats for all kinds of Montrealers. Cheers

Super bon déjeuner. Le fromage de la fromagerie St-Guilaume un délice. Seule Bmol, argent comptant seulement avec un guichet où on doit payer des frais. Je trouve cela absurde de financer ce genre de compagnie. On en voie souvent dans les restaurants avec des propriétaires Grecs. Dommage. Sinon très bonne bouffe et super service.

Très bon, et sa réputation est loyale. Le club sandwich est malade, sa vaut le détour. Petite place, mais chaleureux propres et le personnel et sa coche.

Didn't really know what to expect, seemed like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant and it was really good. Got to try poutine for the first time and really enjoyed it. It is cash only, but they have an ATM on site.

This resto is a gem and has its own clientele, open 24 hours and is always full. People don't mind being cramped up just to get that crazy poutine which is out of this world.

Usually I don't like poutine, but it is Paulo Et Suzanne that made me love poutine. This place and its management doesn't really need new clients so I am just trying to help you taste their poutine.

Don't blame me if you get hooked and become fat though.

I drove 5 hours from Toronto to get this legendary poutine. The gravy is deliciously flavoured and the consistency is great! The cheese curds when fully melted from the gravy it makes for the best cheese pulls. The fries you get and perfectly crispy with a beautiful crunch. Possibly one of the best poutines I’ve ever had and this restaurant also serves great breakfast and amazing burgers.

Also, while I was waiting to pay at the cash, the guy there just ignored me until he was going to serve someone else and I had to tell him I was waiting to pay.he said to go pay in the back which was new to me! Moved into the area and decided to give this place a try for breakfast. I am a very picky eater and I have to say I was blow away there was not a single thing I could complain about. Top to bottom I'd recommend.
