Restaurant Pho Maisonneuve

J’ai rarement eu un si mauvais service.
Le serveur (et propriétaire) est très morose. Il ne parle pas et comprend que l’anglais.
La nourriture est correct. Très facile d’avoir mieux dans ce coin.

Service tres mediocre (pas de napkin, ni de menu apporté par le serveur, jai du me lever aller en chercher) et le serveur était aucunement amicale (très froid). Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, sur le coup c’était super bon mais le lendemain mon amie et moi avons toutes les 2 été malade.point positif: c’est un apportez votre vin

J’ai pris une seule bouchée dans l’assiette. J’ai pris le porc grillé sur riz, un plat difficile à manquer, c’était affreux. Quelqu’un enlevez au cook le sirop de maïs des mains. Le serveur devrait repenser son choix de carrière et travailler dans un domaine qui correspond à son ambiance comme les arrangements funéraire ou la comptabilité

La soupe tom yum est un peu trop sucrée à mon goût. Par contre je recommande le rouleau de printemps et la soupe pho au boeuf

So good, authentic, special beef pho is good, has tripe, tendon, everything, this place is by far better than its competitors

Weird and sketchy place. Went there for takeout at 16h on a tuesday (supposed to be open). When I entered all the lights were closed and the waiter was sitting and eating and didn’t even look at me. I asked if they were open, and it took some time before he answered something (he was ignoring me like he just wanted me to leave.) Then he finally got up to take my order. When I told him, he didnt respond anything and order to the kitchen and sat down again. Weird person really. I wanted to just give up and go to thai express instead but I was hungry so I waited. He then just pointed my order on the counter, no thank you no good bye, just a grunt. The Pad thai I ordered was okay, but I clearly won’t be coming back.

The General Tao chicken was very good, super crunchy and tasty.
Very fast and attentive waiter, if not entertaining nor talkative.

Excellent service, excellents prix, excellentes soupes et sautés.
Mon pho préféré! J'y vais très souvent avec mon copain, qui prend souvent la poulardine. On reçoit toujours un accueil très sympathique!

One day when I pass by and I found this place. Delicious food friendly stuffs. Every time I’ll finish all of them cuz I really love it. They have nice pho and nice rice. Good quality nice price.
Also they have very nice drinks there: pina colanda, pineapple 7 up, vietnam ice coffee, tea and lemonade.
I’m happy that I can find this place.

Enjoyed the food. It was a welcome comfort food for a very cold day. The fried rolls were very good in that it was crunchy all the way through and not soggy. The pho was hot and the ingredients were fresh. The service was okay. The waiter did not say much and I could barely hear him. Not sure if I will return.

Très bonne tonkinoise et à prix compétitif, en plus! Le local mériterait quelques rénovations (en particulier les toilettes).

This definitely is the worse service in the whole city. I go in and start looking at the menu. The guy working walked by me several times, no hello, nothing. After serving some people at tables and the guy who was there before me, he comes over and literally grunts at me. No words, just a grunt. So I guess that means tell him my order. When my order is ready he grunts at me again. I have no idea what this is about. I pay and there is no thank you. Not even one word the entire time. As others have said, he is completely miserable the entire time. Would never go back to this dump!

Excellente soupe tonkinoise au boeuf et flanc de boeuf le bouillon est délicieux! Ce resto se démarque parmi les autres grâce a son bouillion! Belle découverte

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Nourriture asiatique authentique et savoureuse. L' essayer c'est l'adopter.

Une seule chose à dire: dégueulasse. J'ai pris des crevettes au work, crevettes sans goût accompagnées d'un riz sans saveur et de chou et de brocoli. Vraiment immangeable. Soupe insipide. Nouilles au bœuf trop épicées et collantes.plat mauvais au possible. Hormis les rouleaux de printemps tout est à jeter, comme notre argent.

This is my go-to place for authentic pho! The broth is delicious and packed with flavor, owner is very friendly, service is quick and prices are very affordable. A very simple authentic neighborhood place that is definitely worth a try (you will want to come back).

Nous avons commandé via Skipthedishes. Le livreur est arrivé 15 minutes plus tard. Par contre, tout était tiède ou froid. Le poulet grillé était accompagné de riz blanc froid et d’une salade verte défraîchie. Les tomates étaient limite moisies. La soupe tom yum était grasse. Impossible de la terminer. Le rouleau impérial avait sûrement été frit deux fois. Calciné et dégoulinant de gras. L’intérieur contenait un mélange difficile à identifier. Finalement, le beignet de banane est allé directement à la poubelle. Un peu plus de 30$ directement dans la poubelle. Fuyez!

Le commerçant n’est aucunement protégé, utilise ses mains et n’a ps de masque.nourriture très moyenne

Service OK. Nourriture OK, sauf pour le général tao qui était exécrable. Ambiance plutôt moyenne.

Des mouches dans les soupes. Plusieurs mouches ont été retrouvé dans deux bols de notre groupe. Le propriétaire ne s'est même pas excuser!

Not so great food and we felt like we are disturbing the guy all the time (which did not feel like a safe thing in this place), had to wake him up to pay as well.

The food is really good and the owners very nice. Calm, low-key place with delicious Vietnamese dishes. Also the prices are reasonable

Excellents assiettes surtout brochettes de boeuf, porc, crevettes. Pas trop salé ni huileux. Service un peu lent car serveur est seul. Apportez votre vin, décor années '70. Ils ferment tôt dans la soirée.

I am always optimistic about people and services but this one was the worst I would say.the only waiter who was the owner I assume was so bad behaved. Me and my partner ordered one dish, a soup and an extra roll but we ended up with 2 dishes not similar and different from the one we ordered. When we asked why is this, He mentioned we dont do one combo for two! (He desided bring another dish with his choice without telling anything:) ). The behavior of personel was totally strange.
The food though was not that interesting in compare with other vietnamien places I tryed (consider myself a PHO fan!)

The soup is way too salty! Not so impressed with the service. Not a “thank you “when he gave the changes, no eye contact, very strange and didn’t even tell you how much in total.and the restaurant smelled a strong deep fried oil and smoke while waiting. The sink behind the counter need to clean more. Won’t go back again.

Nous l'avons découvert totalement par hasard. Nous avions envie de quelques choses de différents et malgré le fait que nous étions que 4 dans le restaurant c'était fort agréable. Le serveur nous a bien conseiller et expliqué le menu. On a bien mangé. À essayer une autres fois.

Some of the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. There was one server, he was constantly on his phone and ignored us. Overcharged myself and my girlfriend, while my girlfriend’s meal came with a cake. She had to ask where it was while we were paying before he said sorry we are out. He then proceeded to not understand french, when a customer had just came in and spoke french with him and had a good laugh. We then told him to have a goodnight, and he did not respond. Food was ok, but I will never eat here again. Go to the other Pho restaurant around the corner.
