If your loved ones pass away and you truly love them, do not bury them at the Rideau Cemetery. Dalia, the so called “planner” doesn’t know how to plan anything.

They were to telecast a funeral service @ 11.30 AM, everyone was waiting to see the rituals for the departed soul, but there was no update as to when will that be done, not telecasted at all. Is this the regular practice, not sure. The should make sure before the event happens, so there is no disappointment for anyone waiting to watch, more so from other parts of the world. It is a shame for Rideau Funeral Home

The service I got from Rideau funeral Home was excellent. Bruno De Matos, the Funeral Director who I dealt with gave an easy 5 star service. He exuded compassion, patience, and complete understanding, while being professional. My experience with the entire staff during a difficult time was made much easier. The service we received from Rideau Memorial Gardens was fantastic. We met with the representative and he took us through the step by step process and made everything extremely easy; from planning the viewing, the service, and having the reception at Rideau Memorial Gardens as well. The Priest, Father Biello, was referred by Rideau and was absolutely terrific. We received many great comments about his service. I would also like to make a special mention for the technicians that prepared my father for the viewing; they made him look so natural, he truly looked like himself, peacefully resting. The place is big and beautiful, the caterer they used served terrific food, the service was great. Great job to everyone, I would definitely recommend Rideau Memorial Gardens. Thanks for making an extremely difficult time easier to deal with.
