Ordered a veggie nachos via door dash. They arrived burnt. Went in to the restaurant but they are only able to refund the nachos. Had i wanted to do a pick up i would. Would have saved myself time waiting for the food, door dash fee as well as the tip.just not right that the i have to waste time and money for a mistake that could have easily been fixed. Would attach a pic of the food but i dont know how.

Management is awful for is great. Young manager very pompous and disrespectful. I would never go back to this location just because of him. Friday night manager,

Not my usual Rockaberry location, but definitely will visit again! The staff was wonderful, the location just off of the TransCanada is great for people passing through.

Delightfully delicious Caramel Sale Latte with Oatmilk, accompanied with a savory portion of Strawberry Shortcake was a tantalizing treat in a mid-afternoon bliss.

2023-04 experience: Easter egg pie was delicious, but it was their last piece and it was only Good Friday afternoon.caramel fudge cheese was also great. Takeout service was efficient and friendly.

General: Great place for the pies and specialty beverages not so much for the food or cocktails. One of the few late evening places in the West Island. Definitely recommend the raspberry fudge cheesecake and the Key Lime Pie. Very heavy but worth every bite.

I came in for a pickup only, so it was fairly quick in and out. Great pies as always. Was a bit noisy otherwise and super busy, which again is normal at that time

Went for coffee but unfortunately staff was not very attentive to our table, I would have ordered something else if wait staff had bothered to check in on our table.

Food is good, setting is nice, but those servers. I've been there 3 times in the past year and they are really slow and need to start paying attention.

A group of us came for dessert on a Saturday evening. We arrived at around 8: 30 and were seated rather quickly. Unfortunately, the service was poor and excruciatingly slow. I want to be clear that this is not the servers’ fault. There clearly seems to be a lack of management/ownership oversight, which translates to underwhelming (inexistant) service.

I feel quite bad for the employees: they are clearly working hard and moving non-stop. However, the owner and/or manager failed to properly staff and/or organize the restaurant.

Had to find someone to seat us. Asked for the menu multiple times. Got charged for ice cream I never got. I feel bad because they’re understaffed but it’s really frustrating.

Apparently have to call in before to have 3 words written on a cake lol.staff not very good at customer service it seems.also cant even answer a basic question like if peanuts were used to make the cakes.

Awful. It seems to me there is no manager, people waiting, no one is being seated, staff running, and no bartenders! Each waiter seems to be fending for themselves entirely

Its a nice place to go on a date once in a while. We had some coffee and cakes it was good.
