J’ai été moi même une cliente de Dre Cheretakis et j’ai eu une expérience incroyable avec elle. Toute l’équipe était toujours chaleureuse, respectueuse et accueillante avec moi. Ses assistantes sont également très bien formées et talentueuses. Malgré mon horaire difficile avec le cégep, la réceptionniste a fait de son mieux pour m’acommoder dans plusieurs situations. Je me suis sentie à l’aise tout au long du processus, et je les remercie pour leur travail. Dre Cheretakis était la dernière orthodontiste avec laquelle j’ai pris un rendez-vous et moi et ma mère sommes sorties de sa clinique sures de notre choix. Elle a pris le temps adéquat pour faire une analyse complète de mes dents, et a expliqué en toute transparence le prix à ma mère. J’ai fini le traitement il y a quelques semaines et tout va pour le mieux. Un grand merci:)

J’ai eu une expérience excellente et hors pair avec la Dre Cheretakis et toute son équipe! Le service est professionnel, ils font preuve de minutie, le perfectionnisme dans chacun des services est superbe. J’ai eu des broches, un appareil et deux opérations et on n’a su m’accompagner dans ce processus pour me faire sentir à l’aise. Le résultat a été au dessus de mes attentes. Juste: waw! Je recommanderais sans hésitation à tous! Encore mille merci, ça change une vie. Je peux maintenant croquer la vie à pleine dent.

Je viens de terminer un traitement Invisalgin de plus de deux ans avec la Dre Cheretakis et je recommande vivement ses services. Toute son équipe est compétente et agréable, je n'ai jamais eu aucun souci à aucun niveau. La Dre Cheretakis assure un suivi personnel tout au long du traitement et tout est 100% transparent dès le premier rendez-vous (coûts, options, étapes), il n'y a aucune surprise. Malgré le COVID, la Dre a répondu à toutes mes inquiétudes et a été la plus accommodante possible. En somme, mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir commencé plus tôt!

Chrissy was welcoming and caring since the first time I spoke to her on the phone. She explained all my options and what was best for my situation. I always felt like she wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the results and never rushed the process. Her goal was for me to be happy at the end and she for sure made me happy. I recommend her to everyone. She also has a very sweet and skilled staff that will also make you feel valued.

This place is truly amazing, i really love the staff & they do everything to make sure their patients are satisfied as well as taken care off. In the past 2 years, i went through a painful process of having braces & a jaw surgery but they made it worth it, my smile is beautiful! Thank you for everything!?

I'm so glad I went with Dr. Chrissy for my Invisalign treatment. From beginning to end for over a year and a half I felt very cared for by her and her entire team.

Dr. Chrissy was always knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. The clinic is also very well run. My appointments were always on time and I never felt rushed. If ever I had any concerns I could send an email and get a prompt response.

When I started looking at orthodontic treatment and Invisalign I was bombarded with all kind of confusing marketing for clinics trying to sell their treatment. Anyone in the same situation should do themselves a favor and visit Dr. Chrissy for a clear and honest explanation of how orthodontic treatment will work and not a sales pitch.

Finding a good Orthodontist could be challenging. I had the absolute amazing chance to meet Dre Cheretakis (I call her Chrissy). She took care of my sister's teeth. She needed a surgery; her jaw were asymmetric. The way she took care of her, with passion and determination, I knew immediately that I wanted Chrissy to be my Ortho. She referred us to the best surgeon, best dentist. Her prices were very competitive and the quality of her intervention was on top! She was always available for my questions. Sometimes I would be worried about how my teeth were moving. Chrissy always reassured me and I fully trusted her judgement.
-Treatment time: 2 years (almost on the dot)
-Possiblity of monthly payment with almost 1/4 of downpayment only. Made it easy for me with school
-Brand new clinic, fully renovated in 2019
-Bilingual employees, smiling, great customer service
-Organized, easy to take appointment. (Sneaked in few times to get my chains replaced, they tempt to get yellow faster with the food I eat, and I was never turned away, just had to wait few minutes).
-Overall, amazing place.
Almost my whole family went to her: My sister, my brother and my niece! And my other sister took an appointment to possibly have invisilign, yes she does invisilign too.

Now I can smile with CONFIDENT! ️

Je peux dire que c'est une orthodontiste professionnelle et à la fois humaine, qui a à coeur le bien-être des ses patients. Elle m'a mis à l'aise dès le premier contact et a pris le temps de m'expliquer tout ce que je devais savoir. J'ai eu confiance en elle et en son équipe - si gentille - tout au long de mon traitement. Je la recommande à tous ceux et celles qui désirent non seulement avoir une belle rangée de dents, mais aussi travailler avec quelqu'un d'authentique, de rassurant et de super gentil!

Your first contact is with the receptionnist, Kajal, whom is so lovely to interract with. She is very profesionnal and so nice! She answered all of my questions properly and made sure to provide me with an apointment quickly. Her follow ups are on point and she always makes sure you leave with a smile.

Dr Chrissy Cheretakis is unlke any profesional I've met before. She is empathetic, highly knowledgable, and takes time to listen to you and to properly assess your needs to follow up with the best recommendations.
I've been to other cabinets before but this was unlike any others. I felt heard. She is someone you clearly want to have as a best friend! That's how amazing she is.

Grande expertise, excellent suivi, bonne compréhension des besoins connexes si par exemple besoin d’un orthophoniste pour combler certaines lacunes qui pourraient ralentir la réussite du traitement!

Ne vous faites pas avoir ils peuvent paraitre tres professionelle a première vue mais se sont des escrots il te donne un rendez-vous puis quand tu arrive la bas il te disent que tu n'as pas de rendez-vous en plus d'essayer te tarnaquer en td disant qu'un place c'est liberer mais il augmente les prix j'ai jamais vue sa de ma vie

Dre Cheretakis is the third orthodontist we have met to determine our daughter's needs. After our first appointment, my 10-year-old told me how much she enjoyed meeting Dre Cheretakis and found her to be nice, kind and approachable.
