J’ai du attendre au tél.plus de 1h.
Ce n’est pas normal. La dernière fois que je suis partie j’ai fais une expérience sur place. Aucune ligne n’était occupée. Elles discutaient entre elles. Et j’ai eu directement le répondeur qui dit que toutes nos lignes sont occupées. Je demande un peu de conscience professionnelle.
Au bout de 1h39 mn j’ai abandonné.
Ps: ils vous disent laissez un message, désolée ils te répondent après qlq jours. Ça n’a aucun sens.

Je voudrais remercier Dre Amélie Moreau-Bourbonnais, et son assistante, je suis allé pour d’injections de cortisone et son travail était super, très professionnelle et magnifique. Je me sens très bien et tout c’est déroulé à la perfection. Je recommande fortement. Tout le personnel à l’accueil était bien aussi.
Si il y a une façon de faire arriver cette avis à eux, serait gentil

Une secrétaire du bureau du
Dr Garneau pour chirurgie bariatrique (j'ai oublié son nom), a NIÉ complètement des informations qu'elle m'avait donné il y a 1 mois environs concernant une demande pour un chirurgien plasticien.
Elle m'a VRAIMENT DIT qu'elle s'en occuperait pour moi, qu'elle enverrait ma requête pour trouver un chirurgien plasticien payé par la RAMQ.
C'est décevant de se faire dire (non je ne vous ai pas dit cela).
Je lui fesait confiance mais

Je suis très très déçu de cette secrétaire.
Mais c'est sa parole contre la mienne que voulez-vous

Je suis allez à cette clinique pour la première fois mercredi le 28 Juin 2023.

Accueille bien, j'entendais pas trop ce qu'elle disait dû au masque mais bien accueillit. Et quand la madame Rose est venu me chercher, qu'elle douceur et calme cette madame rassurante et une chance parce que je voulais juste quitter elle adorai me dire que les polonais elle l'ai aimait vu de mon nom de famille et trouvais très beau et gentil mon conjoint

Le Dr. Berube professionnel rassurent aussi. Il m'a fait 4 injection au dos cela à été super bien rapide (pour lui) moi trop long pour moi mais il a su me rassurer que sa finissais bientôt j'était en baisse de pressions 2-4 seconde après c'était terminer sa collègue a sue toute suite me prendre en charge et me mettre débarbouillette d'eau froide pour m'aider à mieux allez. Moi je recommande cette clinique. Merci

The clinic forgot to collect one sample for analysis, called my husband (instead calling me) to say that I should go and give it again. When I tried to call them, they answered in French. I asked if they could speak in English, the receptionist just said something in French and hung up on my face! I had many other problems with the administration and with the doctor but after complaining, everything was fixed by the Director Sylvie Laprise.

So grateful for Dr. Rabinovitch. She is caring and listens. Something I never experienced in the medical field in Quebec. Thank you

À moins d'être obligé, évitez cette gigantesque usine surtout si c'est pour rencontrer un médecin affilié au réseau public! Difficultés incroyables à obtenir un rendez-vous, changement de dernière minute même si le médecin n'avait pas modifié son agenda, demande la carte de crédit même si c'est payé par la RAMQ, etc.
Leur seul objectif, faire de l'argent peu importe la qualité du service.

Excellent clinic! The nurse (Nadia) and the doctor (Dr. L. Rabinovitch) were outstanding. Humane, professional, attentive, warm and thorough. I was very impressed. Fast service and readily given an appointment on short notice. Bravo!

La secrétaire du local 115 ce matin, un gros zéro. Me faire dire.maudit que je suis tanner de toujours répéter la même chose.bhen change de job la grande. Oui ta job c'est de nous dire qu'on est arrivé 10 min trop vite, on doit attendre dans le corridor, pas de chaise, jusqu'à l'heure exact.

Mais est ce que je rêve? J'appelle pour prendre un rendez-vous et on m'envoie aucune confirmation. Néanmoins, ils m'ont chargé 300 $ sur ma carte crédit pour un rendez-vous que j'ai d'ici 10 jours? !

Cette clinique est vraiment une grosse déception, je vais annnuler mon rendez-vous et je ne reviendrai jamais!

Clinique de gastro-entérologie et endoscopie:

Leur politique de Covid complètement démesurée, appliquée juste pour les patients et les accompagnateurs. Le personnel ne porte même pas le masque correctement et les accompagnateurs n’ont même pas le droit d’approcher leurs familles!

Ne mettez pas ça sur le dos de la Covid, c’est plutôt votre politique interne inhumaine.

Compagnie de clowns. Même pas capables de répondre au téléphone. Messages en anglais, même après avoir sélectionné le français.
L'irrespect ne devrait pas être encouragé. Edit: il y a des messages en anglais après avoir sélectionné français. Vous appelez ça du bilingue. Si vous aviez attendu 45 minutes au téléphone comme moi, vous comprendriez.

My brother had a surgery yesterday, he arrived on time. They followed their protocols thus I couldn’t enter with him.

They told me that he’s surgery will be done at 2pm and gave me some introductions. The doctor and his team were amazing!

We had a question regarding his pain, we called the emergency and Melissa answered. She was kind and helpful.

I hope everyone gets a good care at this facility!

I had a 5 minute call from the doctor just to renew one medication and that is all
Usually when I call the clinic, I have to stay on line for an hour before someone answers. I begged them for a copy of my lab results once by email and once on the phone with no results. They are very fast on calling and charging (using the trust of the most vulnerable)
180$ for 5 minutes wow.

J'ai dû faire enlever un kyste sur une partie très sensible de mon intimité, il a fallu que je pose les questions moi même pour savoir ce qu'il allait se passer. À part de me dire de faire des bains de siège 2 fois par jour et mettre du polysporin pendant 10 jours, aucunes recommandations pour la gestion de la douleur n'a été faites. Aucun anti douleur prescrit, aucune compresses stériles de surplus pour remplacer celle posée lors de la chirurgie qui était évidemment remplis de sang en arrivant à la maison. J'ai rarement eu mal à ce point.

Ouf allez pas la en dermatologie! J’ai tombe une sur une doc vraiment baveuse et ignorante qui se fou du client! Allez vraiment pas la aussi ben jeter votre $ au vidange. Vraimmmment decu! Ils on meme envoyer la prescription d’un autre personne a ma pharmacie! Et apres 2 jour a essayer de les rejoindre Et a laisser message sur boite vocal aucun retour d’appel! Donc je nai meme pas mes medicament! Et les receptioniste sont tellement bête, de loin le pire service d’une clinique privé que jai eu

- beaucoup de difficultés à joindre la clinique par téléphone, et ils tardent à rappeler quand on a laissé un message.

For a private clinic the service is really not where it should be. It’s a miracle if there’s a secretary available to take your call, and the only other way to contact the clinic is to either send an email or leave a message, which will both get you an answer in 2-3 days earliest. It’s very frustrating when you have a simple question you’d like answered.

Excellent service. Professionnel jusqu'au bout des doigts. Endroit calme et super organisé. Aucune attente inutile. J'ai apprécié ma visite et mon examen ne fut pas douloureux malgré mes craintes. Bravo, votre service est super rodé.

I had surgery yesterday. I was asked to be there at 7: 20 am but I was only taken to the operating room after 12pm. After the surgery the recovery room was the problem. 1st of all I wasn’t allowed to use my phone to call my husband. The nurse kept telling me that the secretary called him but what she didn’t tell me was that the secretary would only speak to him in French and just said I was out of surgery around 1: 45pm. She said that she would call him when I was ready to be picked up an hour before. No one ever called and apparently the secretary leaves at 4pm so no one answered the phone and my husband was very worried. Also I understand that there was an emergency in the recovery room but I was forgotten about for a couple of hours. Nobody ever asked me how I felt, if I had any pain which I found very strange. My iv bag was empty for a few hours. Then the big issue was Dennis the prepose. He was so rude. I felt like he just wanted to have a power struggle with me. I wanted to use the bathroom and go home. I was told I needed to use the washroom 1st. He told me to stand up straight and not touch the bed. I was on one foot because of ankle surgery. I did this but apparently not to his liking. Then he said I had to put my hands to my side but again I didn’t do it to his liking then he wanted me to squat on my right foot twice before being allowed to go to the bathroom. He kept yelling at me to trust him but I obviously didn’t feel safe or comfortable with him. But I was told that I wasn’t ready, after refusing to go back into the bed I sat in the chair independently. I would have been fine to use the washroom at this point but wasn’t allowed. I felt like I was being held hostage, not allowed to use the bathroom and not allowed to call my husband who was very worried. Finally I asked another prepose to bring me a wheelchair and help me to the washroom, he and another nurse helped me but I was independently able to do all of the transfers and get dressed on my own. I knew my limits as I had the same surgery less than 2 years ago at the Jewish. I would always choose the have a surgery at the Jewish over Rockland Md. I was treated with dignity & respect at the Jewish. The staff at Rockland Md made a difficult day much worse and because I can compare it with my experience at the Jewish less than 2 years ago for pretty much the same surgery made it so much worse. My doctor, the operating team and before surgery care was really good.

Très propre facile d'accès, facile de stationnement. Seulement des bureaux pour différents services de la santé. Climique familiale privée.

Your better off with the public health sysyem and keep your money. They prescribe wrong or not effective enough meds. It's a scam in my humble opinion.

I had an appointment with the endoscopy team and I cannot tell you how sweet every single nurse was. I was nervous and they were so lovely, joking with me, soft & attentive. They made a stressful situation relaxing!

Expensive and terrible service. They never pick up the phone, don’t return messages and take months to schedule appointments.

Can't seem to be reached by phone. I've been on the phone waiting for over 25 minutes. Every once in a while I get pushed back to the main menu and then have to go through the process all over again. I can't seem to be able to reach anyone on the phone line. Is this place really worth it if I can't even call and reach someone? I wanted to look for an alternative to public care but right now this service seems horrible.

The eye clinic at suite 115 has great staff. They are professional, empathetic, and effective at what they do. I received the best of care.

I took a friend to get his ingrown toenail repaired. Dr. David Sanmiguel was very competent and efficient.
The nurse, Elyssa was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the both of you.

Ma fille a eu une intervention sous anesthésie générale à la clinique dentaire, très belle expérience depuis l'accueil au medecin anesthésiste qui prend le temps d'expliquer toutes les étapes au parent, au dentiste qui aussi donne des détails et des explications et des conseils, les infirmières sont adorables très douces et attentionnées et câlines avec les enfants, que de beaux sourires et du soulagement

J'ai apprécié le service, la prise en charge et la rapidité pour avoir mon rendez-vous.

Si je pouvais changer une chose ce serait le prix qui est élevé. Néanmoins c'est un enjeu du système de santé national.

I have been a patient at Rockland MD for 3 years and have the regrets. The staff is pleasant, and the nurses are great. As for Dr. Sheim and Dr. Desjardins are absolutely fantastic. They make your visit super comfortable, like talking to a friend. Which makes it easy to ask anything.

Been going to Rockland MD for years. Find the staff helpful and kind. Not only have the staff been great but so have the doctors They not only helped me and my husband tremendously, but also my mom Really appreciated all they did for us especially during these crazy times!

To the results from the visit takes way too long. For example saw the doctor in August of last year, then in October told I had an issue with my liver, had an ultrasound done in December, got the results in January, had a visit with specialist at Rockland MD February, got blood tests on March 8th, haven't heard anything yet.

Double consultation chez Rockland MD pour ma part. Autant j'ai été vraiment ravie des deux médecins que j'ai vu, soit Dre Michaud, gynécologue et Dre Faucher, dermatologue. Je les ai trouvé vraiment compétentes et sympathiques. Autant je suis déçue du suivi inexistant de la clinique. Je n'ai déjà jamais eu de suivi quand à mon retour par courriel sur mon traitement gynéco.et là ça fait 3 semaines que j'attends une solution suite à ma consultation dermato que j'ai effectué pour qu'on me retire un bouton sous l'oeil, chose qui m'a été chargée 100 $ sans compter le prix initial du rdv, alors que j'ai toujours ce bouton sous l'oeil au même degré qu'avant le rdv. J'en suis à ma 2ème relance et toujours sans nouvelles.

800$ pour me faire dire qu'il comprenait pas le problème.
La seule action de la part du medecin a été de m'envoyer prendre une IRM a 700$ qui n'a rien donner car le medecin comprenait toujours pas le probleme.
Ensuit aucun conseille relier au probleme ses paye moi et fou le camp se service la on la au public ne perder ni votre temps ni votre argent a cette endroit medecin attend son argent et non les soins.

I booked an appointment, called in to cancel 15 mins later and still got charged. (24hrs cancellation)
They say it was pre-charged but not supposed to go trough, but it was charged and they say ust to call my bank to get it fixed.

Wow! Tout le monde était TELLEMENT gentil! Les infirmières super sympathiques et attentionnées. L'inhalothérapeute également. Dr. El-Fakir très calme et rassurant. Je me sentais presqu'au spa. Aussi, la clinique est HYPER stricte avec le nettoyage des surfaces contre la covid-19. Ils nettoient tous sans cesse, même si un test négatif est exigé, même si nous n'avons aucun symptômes. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Service moves. J'ai payé pour 10 minutes avec un docteur qui m'a just regarde début et m'a envoyé chez moi en disant qu'il fallait attendre pour voir si mon problème s'améliore

My doctors office and the waiting rooms are modern and clean. The secretarial staff respond quickly to e-mails and advise diligently of upcoming telephone appointments. There is also plenty of free parking next to the back entrance of the building.

Appreciate friendly, professional and rapid service. Appreciate having the choice of where I’d like my medical services delivered. Would recommend RocklandMD and will return for care once again!

Clinic should have improved signs. We had to get a test and neither the parking lot nor the test tent were identified. Even if it said Rockland MD it would have been more helpful. Also there should be an option on the telephone System for testing rather than waitIng ten minutes on the telephone to be directed to the testing staff.

RocklandMD ont très souvent la possibilité d'avoir des rdv en très courte lapse de temps sinon la même journée!
Dr Alyssa Scheim est excellente car elle est patiente et capable de voir plus loins que simplement mon mal au moment. Très aimable et surtout très professionnelle.

Excellent staff. They understand clearly how vulnerable one feels when they are not well or anxious in matters of the health. This is what health care should be like.

It was my first time at Rockland MD
I must say that I was not impressed, I was sent off for an x-ray and was never called back with the results. Two days later I had tried to reach out to the doctor with no luck of a call back after leaving a message. Called back the next day and spoke to a nurse that told me everything was fine. But still it is not fine and I will not be going back. I will not be referring Rockland MD to anyone.

I really love this place. Absolutely no complaints. Kind caring staff and doctors. Wait times are fast

Je me choisi, j'ai pris la décision de prendre docteur Sheim comme médecin de famille. J'ai aussi subi une chirurgie avec docteur Garneau.

Je ne suis pas un numéro, je suis une personne et c'est comme ça que l'on me traite.

Je m'en voudrais d'oublier le personnel cléricale, elles représentent bien la clinique.

I've had a recurring back issue for over 15 years. After a fresh bought of back pain I wanted to see a Dr at Rockland MD in the hopes that I could work with someone that would make an effort to understand what the underlying problem was. I hoped there would be interest in what was causing the issue I am having. I did not get that here with the Dr I saw and I am very unhappy with the minimal treatment I received (less than 2 mins).

De façon surprenante, il y a eu plus d'attente qu'à une clinique publique, et ce pour un simple vaccin. Un peu décevant à ce niveau.
Pour le reste, tout était parfait.
C'Était au nom de Philippe-Alexandre Hardy. Après 35 minutes d'attente sans n'avoir vu de client se diriger vers le bureau de l'infirmière, j'ai demandé à la personne à l'accueil, devant la porte. C'est seulement à partir de ce moment que nous avons été reçu par l'infirmière.

One of the best experiences I've had in a private Clinique in Montreal! They're expensive but I think it's worth it.
