It right now 5: 45 and the doors is shut! They are supposed to closed at 6pm! I had to go in person to show id for a credit card application I did the last day was today! Excellent customer service and the sales guy their will lie to you.

Do yourself a favour and go to another company. The bill is always more than it should be. The customer service is very disappointing.

I have a line of communication from Rogers, but the worst customer service company does not have enough answer for the person and you will not be able to understand from them because their English language is almost non-existent. I am not good in English, but if someone who is eloquent and clear talk to me, I can understand and their bills are very high.

Vraiment mauvaise expérience à ce magasin. Cela a prit 3 heures pour avoir un contrat de téléphone. De plus, la politique des retours est mauvaise, tu as seulement 2 semaines pour faire échange ou remboursement sinon il n’accepte pas et cela doit être fait dans le même magasin. Si c’est dans un autre magasin il ne le prenne pas.

If you need money rogers. Do fundraising other than stealing from random people.we applied for a a employee discount. Nver ised it, but got a 70$ charge for that

The employees here are so lost and incompetent. It was actually kind of funny. I asked about a promotion that they were advertising on the wall, and he didn’t even know it was on the wall and didn’t know about it. He thought I was lying until I literally walked him to the poster! LOL. Do not go here unless your buying a phone case or something small. 0/10

En fonction du commis à la vente qui vous aide, le service à la clientèle est plus qu'aléatoire. Très mauvaise expérience avec l'agent qui m'a aidé aujourd'hui, accueil froid, approximatif et très peu aidant sur les offres mobiles et promotions en cours. Il n'a par ailleurs pas voulu me vendre le téléphone désirée sous motif très contestable alors que je m'étais renseignée préalablement auprès du service à la clientèle par téléphone afin de savoir si j'étais admissible à cet achat (n'étant pas résidente du Canada). En me présentant à une autre succursale de Rogers, l'agent à la vente à tout à fait pu me vendre la solution et le téléphone, comme convenu lors de mon appel avec service à la clientèle. Je ne recommande absolument pas la succursale Rogers du Centre Eaton.

Poor service agent Steve or Silvian can’t recall the name exactly something start with S any how no attention to provide any assistance.

Short answer questions can’t even guide you or advice you which plan is compatible with your needs, no potential in HELPING, NO CXS SERVICE.

If you guys you don’t feel like working just close the store and take break. I think it’s better then losing customers.

I was coming to switch again to Rogers but they just remind me how bad the agents are and careless.
Thanks for nothing.

Stayed over 4 hours on the phone.they put me on mute for at least 30 mins, then transfer me to another agent.after all that time waiting on the phone they told me they’re not able to help me they will write a msg to higher people, and those ppl will call me within 24 to 48h. 2 weeks later nobody called.i call again stay 3 hours on the phone and no one made a bit of effort to try and find a solution they just put mute and transfer.i will definitelymake a complaint to the consumer protection act!

Waited in front of the store for 45 minutes along with other customers adhering to the store's social distancing protocols. The staff knew there were a number of customers outside and one team member came out a number of times to speak to certain customers in line, never indicating that there was no point in the rest of us waiting because the store was closing. Eventually, they allowed the customer in front of me in and told me and the rest of the customers that no more customers were going to be let in and the one last customer was allowed in because they waited 45 minutes.the reality is that we all waited over 30 minutes and there was no apology or sign of customer service. Instead the woman that was speaking to us just shrugged her shoulders and acted extremely rude the entire time. Terrible experience, they could have just told us to leave when they realized we wouldn't be getting in.

I don’t even want to give 1 star, this store doesn’t want to help you or to be precise some employees. I met this guy Eric to whom I had to talk twice unfortunately on the same day. He is uncooperative in every question I ask. My experience in this store was worst. I will not go to this store again.

Le magasin du Centre Eaton est réellement désastreux. J'ai passée presque 3 heures dans le magasin et j'ai reçu un mauvais service. 2 des employés était seulement entrain de parlé entre eux et ne m'ont jamais parlée. La fille qui m'a servie était très gentille et efficace, sauf que j'ai perdue toutes mes données de mon ancien téléphone et maintenant j'essaye d'avoir un autre modèle et le magasin ne répond simplement pas au téléphone! Après une dizaine de tentatives je vais sur le clavardage en direct et le service me dit complètement autre chose que ce que j'ai reçu comme information dans le magasin. Pire service que j'ai eue de ma vie!

Wow! I NEVER write reviews but I had such an amazing experience at this location. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be served but that's standard. The sales associate, Luckie, was incredibly friendly and patient at explaining complicated phone jargon. On top of that, she seemed really to care that I was happy with my plan and getting the best deal possible. I left with free upgrades on my data and added discounts on my monthly plan! This whole experience made me so happy to be a Rogers customer.

I've been with Rogers for over 10 years. My experience in this store today made me switch to Koodo who ended up offering examplary service at a much fairer price. Would rather suck on a urinal cake than go back there.

I usually love going into Rogers stores but this one makes me feel unwelcomed. Staff gathering together to chat. I didn't want to disturb and left.

I went to the Rogers store and get received by this dude who was very kind with excellent way of communication and good customer service skills, I wanted a new line with a new iPhone and he did it and completed it for me.
Tho he told me some of the information that was not right, he might be mistaken. To be honest he was a true hero of the night

Très bien accueilli par Diego, il nous a fait profiter des meilleures offres du moment. Mais voila, une fois la facture reçue c'est complètement différent, aucune offre n'est passée et on paye 30$ de plus par mois que ce pourquoi on a signé. Le service client dit ne rien pouvoir faire, pouvons nous appeler cela une arnaque bien ficelée? Attention a ceux qui sont dans notre cas: si Diego ou un de ses amis vendeurs vous fait signer un contrat a 130$ avec 8go en vous disant que sur la première facture les remises et offres seront appliquées donc -30$ et +2go/mois. Ne signez pas il s'agit d'une arnaque bien organisée. Je regrette d'avoir été si naif.
Difficile de connaitre les pièges quand on s'installe.
