I went recently to Rogers to buy a new phone with Chanel and the service was excellent. She explained step by step the through the whole process, she offered me the best deal. She was very welcoming and cheerful. 10/10 experience.

Good customer service.not great of an experience still bcz of a promised phone trade that ended up not possible after signing the contract due to their system.the lady was nice enough to try all existing options but all failed and i bailed out.missed out on a nice deal for a new S23 ultra 512gb. (i also had to call them to waive off the 50$ activation fee since i didnt even touch their services yet, bcz again i broke the contract), they did waive it off in the end. Overall make sure you know what you are getting into before signing anything, the employees are very nice and will explain everything:)

Vous voulez voir des employées 0 goût pour le service à clientèle le rogers des promenades est la meilleure place. Je pense que les employées savent même pas qu'elles travaillent dans un magasin.
