I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from ALI. He is working as Sales and Customer services Representative at Rogers Store. My experience with him was truly outstanding, and I would like to share my positive feedback.
From the moment I entered the store, He greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire transaction process.
ALI demonstrated remarkable product knowledge, answering all of my inquiries with great detail and clarity. He spent a long time with me to understand that I am fully aware with everything, His dedication to ensuring my satisfaction was truly creditable.

He has excellent communication skills, actively listening to my requirements and providing best recommendations according my need. His ability to understand my needs and preferences allowed him to suggest the perfect solution for me. His professionalism and expertise truly stood out, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I am incredibly impressed by ALI's commitment to customer satisfaction. His genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel valued as a customer.
Thanks to his outstanding service and I highly recommend him for any one wants anything in telecommunications industry. I wish to him all the best and I am sure he will be an Area manager very soon.

Chui aller changer mon téléphone, le représentant était en train de m'aider, une fille qui s'appelle alya est venue m'a couper le parole et demander au représentant d'utiliser une autre tablette vus quel a un client, on a presque finis.j'ai lui demander pour quoi elle fait chui en pause et j'ai pas de temps elle m'a dit tu peux revenir quand tu auras le temps.

Some people just dont want to work and the manager at this facility is just that person. BRUTAL service, lost at every question. Called customer service and they opened our account right away. S

Stay away from this store

Did a device upgrade and was told to bring my old phone back to the Rogers store in order to not have to pay for it. This store said they couldn't take it back. I called Rogers and they are telling me they can't issue a return kit and the store was supposed to take it. So now I have to go back to this one or to the one in Vaudreuil to get it sorted. It shouldn't be this hard.

A huge thank you to Kevin who was extremely helpful and kind and made the transaction very easy and smooth. After receiving poor service from another Rogers store, he was a gem. Go see him if you’re looking for a new phone!

Ibrahim was wonderful to deal with. He jumped right in to help me as soon as I walked in and was very friendly from start to finish.
I had my phone replaced quickly with all my data transferred and he gave me the costs upfront.

Alejandro helped me with setting up my phone plan at Rogers! His service absolutely exceeded my expectations! We were absolutely delighted to work with him! His kindness, patience and overall ability to clearly explain my plan and answers to my questions was absolutely refreshing! I got a phone last July and had a charging issue. Went back, served by the same awesome guy, Kevin, fast courteous and reliable. Good job!
